frequent this location weekly, have 3-4 teenagers staffed everytime just standing around, and extremely poor efficiency for a simple meal, waiting 15 minutes + inside the dining room waiting on a single order of nuggets/fries. Manager, step up.

We went through drive-through where you are rushed thtough like a herd of cattle; Pointed at the grilled spicy chicken sandwich advertised on the signs in drive-thru (and t.v.) to the server and said that’s what we wanted. (Pic shows plump grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese and cilantro-lime sauce). We got home and opened two sandwiches with thin FRIED chicken “breasts” with two pickles in a bun. Sauce on side. No lettuce, tomato or cheese. Paid $21 with two small milk shakes. Very disappointed. Not sure what all the hoopla is about. Would have taken food back but we did nit have time.

went in today to pick up my togo order and staff was extremely rude. no one asked if i needed help but instead a red hair girl walked over with another order and turned the other bag and just looked at us. completely unprofessional and rude.

The girl who took my order looked extremely miserable and was not friendly or inviting at all. They got my order wrong so I had to sit back in a very long line again. Location on 2nd street is much friendlier.

After my girl and I placed our order of 2 number 7s I asked the cashier if he could mix fruit punch in with my power aid. That was the only good thing about this experience. I asked the cashier if they had any dipping sauce, he said, idk i don't eat here I don't know what they have! That should have ran me off! Why don't you eat here? What's wrong with the food? Almost all the tables were covered in spilled food as well as the floors under the tables. I would expect to see this if it was slammed out. There were only 3 tables being used. When we got our food, both of the grilled chicken on our sandwiches were colder then the lettuce! I expect to get cold chicken if I got a salad from a convenient store but not on my Chick-fil-A sandwich!

This may be the worst CFA I’ve been to, which is a shame. I’m a regular CFA customer, but this is not my usual location.
The food was not the usual quality. Nuggets were pale and not at all crispy. Fries were overcooked and hard. Grilled nuggets had some hard cartilage pieces left on. Salad was all stalks and the grilled nuggets I asked for were just obliterated over the salad. Not good. Bathroom was a mess, as were the floors in dining area.
