just had one of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a chick fil a! the food was good as always but the service was especially great! i think the girl that helped us was named mallory? (i’m bad with names) but she was such an angel! she saw us walking with our tray and immediately took the trash for us and even asked if we wanted a refill before we go! i hadn’t been asked that at a chick fil a before so i was so surprised! she was also doing a great job making sure all the tables were wiped down, the place looked sparkling clean! the whole team that interacted with us was so sweet but she was especially on top of everything! definitely get that girl a raise!!❤️❤️
Had an absolutely wonderful time here. We had to wait a long time for our chicken strips, but the manager and staff handled the situation very well, and made sure to treat us right.

When you get there in time to order breakfast, but they take so long in the line but it’s after 10:30 by the time they take your order thatyou don’t get to order breakfast. They shut it down right in front of your face with a smile. No, I’ll go to Whataburger.

frequent this location weekly, have 3-4 teenagers staffed everytime just standing around, and extremely poor efficiency for a simple meal, waiting 15 minutes + inside the dining room waiting on a single order of nuggets/fries. Manager, step up.

We went through drive-through where you are rushed thtough like a herd of cattle; Pointed at the grilled spicy chicken sandwich advertised on the signs in drive-thru (and t.v.) to the server and said that’s what we wanted. (Pic shows plump grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese and cilantro-lime sauce). We got home and opened two sandwiches with thin FRIED chicken “breasts” with two pickles in a bun. Sauce on side. No lettuce, tomato or cheese. Paid $21 with two small milk shakes. Very disappointed. Not sure what all the hoopla is about. Would have taken food back but we did nit have time.

went in today to pick up my togo order and staff was extremely rude. no one asked if i needed help but instead a red hair girl walked over with another order and turned the other bag and just looked at us. completely unprofessional and rude.
