The chicken was good but they only put about a teaspoon of gravy on their mashed potatoes, and it tasted like just plain old instant potatoes. The corn on the cob was delicious as well.

Chicken express is my favorite fast food restaurant. This location always gives me small portions and it’s hardly ever fresh. Tonight I arrived about 6:20pm and my chicken strips were dry and thin. They had been sitting there for a while to say the least. I have been here many times and I keep coming back because I love the other locations. I have had several bad experiences at this location. The portions for a $13 combo is pathetic. Last fall we waited over 20 minutes for fish in the dining room and I went to see if it was still being made. The manager helped me and she was not happy to be there. She was treating the new person like they were beneath her and she wasn’t kind. It was his first day and she was speaking to him in the most disrespectful way. She was rude the entire time and we ended up leaving because she was arguing with me. I never wrote a review or anything because I hoped that she realized how awful she was being. Also, I was hoping this was just a bad day for the location. All this to say I have given them 5 other chances after this and every-time I am disappointed. We are in this area often, but we will just go to the one on Penn, they always have fresh food, great portions, and friendly service.

If you have a problem at this restaurant with your order like I did just know they do not respond to communication attempts and ignore you in attempts to not refund your money. My family got food poisoning from under cooked chicken and I bought a large sweet tea along with gallons and it tasted like cleaner and was NOT AT ALL sweet. Horrible place, even WORSE customer service. Chicken Express used to be my favorite place. I will not be back.

We sit in drive thru for almost 10mins. They asked us to hold for a minute. We said hello a couple of times. No one answered. Seen an male employee walk from building with a bag of food to the dumpster to meet another male. Left from dumpster empty handed to go back into the building. Also he still had his apron still on. We drove off.
I recently purchased a chicken tender meal from your establishment for my two-year-old child and my mother. They both reported that the chicken had an unusual taste, and the gravy also seemed off. Unfortunately, they are now experiencing severe symptoms, including uncontrollable vomiting and, in the case of my child, severe stomach pain and crying.

Poor atmosphere of people and quality of food. I’ve went to these places all my life and have even worked there . This spot individually cannot get the quality down. They leave food up there for over 20-45 minutes to the point where the tender is falling apart.. Very disappointed.💯💯💯 SOMEONE TAKE CONTROL.!!!
