The quality of the food at this location has been going down over the past year. At times the chicken tenders are mostly batter with little chicken. The biscuits and rolls are no longer fluffy and soft but are hard and dry. The gravy is also like cloudy water. We keep giving it another try but we prefer the location on North Penn much more.

Just picked up dinner which included chicken strips, liver, and gizzard dinners. It was the worst we ever had. Chicken, liver, gizzards as well as the okay tasted like it had been sitting all day. Cold and dried out. Not edible at all and a total waste of practically $40. Will never go their again!

I did not expect that fish to be so good! It was battered crunchy, I even got 2 pieces of filets! Choice of condiments & was provided enough! Oh & the coleslaw & hushpuppies were on point!
Went for the first time and my tender meal ? was fresh and hot. The size of the tenders were perfect too.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It's way overpriced for what you get. Is it chicken or fish? It all tasted the same. Like fried cardboard. The cole slaw wasn't bad. But everything else was. Besides there being zero flavor with the chicken strips and fish, it was all ICE COLD. The biscuits were rock hard and dried out. The fries were soggy and greasy. It was just a gross, gross experience.

Always double check triple check your order, cause obviously people here can’t count 7 tenders and Missing a roll, and the tenders weren’t even that hot when we arrived home. Talked to Dana and she replaced what was missing even though we should have gotten our whole order replaced cause it is not our fault that people can’t read a screen that says the order, gas is not cheap having to drive back and forth for their mistake. Never coming here, the one on Penn by the mall is way much better and they give you more that 2 packets of serendipity seasoning when the dude only gave us 2 packets, like cmon on now, 7 tenders and two packets of seasoning??? Cheapskates!!!!!!

I have been here on 2 or 3 different occasions, and I'm always rushed. Today, I ordered some chicken strips that were super small, and the gravy was more like some milky water. Very disappointing. But the jalapeño poppers are always good.
This is the second time I have eaten here in the past six months because I thought I would give them another chance to prove themselves on their food quality. Again, I ordered a three piece all white chicken with two sides. The two wings were okay, but the breast was not only ribbed and small but had little to hardly any meat. And the meat it did have has way over cooked with 90 percent crust! What's up with that? The biscuit was flat and rubbery! My dog wouldn't eat the left overs. Looks like they are cutting back on the side portions as well. The owner of this business needs to look at their management and staff, because they have to be loosing business. They have lost mine for sure!!!
