Chicos had outstanding food from the queso, salsa, combo fajitas, chicken enchiladas and tea! I wish I would have tried this place a long time ago and taken a picture when the food arrived rather than after eating. The queso is so so good that you’ll want to order the large even if just for two people. Chicos is my favorite Mexican restaurant now! The only suggestion to the restaurant I would say is the air temperature was warm. I was there around 4:30 pm when it wasn’t busy so if there would have been more people, it would have been too warm. Also, I would suggest the edge of tables (not just the top) be cleaned and sanitized. Despite those two suggestions, I would recommend Chicos to anyone who likes Mexican food.

We had a party of 40 that they knew was coming in. They gave us a small room that held 28. We would run out of food after 25 guests and have to hunt someone down for more food. Our other 12 guests were place near the room, but had no idea what was going on.

I really wanted to love Chico’s, and to be honest, the food is amazing. We originally used them for a Mother’s Day catering order, and it was so good that I’ve come back twice since then. Unfortunately, both of those visits have been incredibly disappointing due to the customer service. Both times I placed my order online about 45 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready when I got there. Instead, the order wasn’t even started, and I was met with attitude from the staff—as if I was wrong for expecting my food to be ready at the time I was told it would be. There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and definitely no effort to make things right. It’s really disappointing because while the food is great, customer service matters just as much. Respect and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, Chico’s is seriously lacking in that area. It’s not hard to see why surrounding restaurants stay busy while this one doesn’t—people want to feel valued, not ignored or disrespected. I’m truly disgusted by the way this location is managed. Great food alone isn’t enough to keep customers coming back when the service is this poor. I hope they get it together, because they’re losing loyal customers with every missed opportunity to do better.
Update: I’ve noticed that this business only responds to positive reviews, which just proves how accurate my original feedback was. They clearly have no interest in improving their customer service or addressing real concerns. Pitiful.

Great food, great service and the margaritas are yummy, too and they don't skimp on the tequila! Salsa is made fresh daily. Chips are fresh and delicious, not greasy. Lunch specials until 3:00 pm. Chef is not heavy handed with the salt. We dine here several times a month

We chose Chico's for a graduation celebration. We reserved the room to the side. Our food was delicious. They took excellent care of our group of 14 people. The room was spacious and quiet enough for us to have great conversations! Way to go Chico's! We will be back, for sure!
