When I was ordering on the phone, I didn't look at the menu and was asking for a lunch combo special that included beef meat, the lady that answered kept saying do you want chicken and said she didn't understand. Not my favorite. Ordered a lunch combo which included an eggroll, beef lo mein, and fried rice just because I was in the area. I usually like beef, but I'm not sure what was up with either the sauce or the meat they used, but it wasn't good. I ate all of it except for the beef. I probably won't be going back to this place.

China House is one of those places I like to step into from time to time. It has that comfortable neighborhood feel where you are welcomed, fed well, and sent back into the world in better shape than you arrived.
The egg roll was genuinely tasty. Crisp on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and not swimming in grease. Simple food done right still matters, and they clearly respect that old truth here.
What really sets this place apart though is the owner. I keep forgetting her name, but I never forget her presence. She has an elegant, bubbly personality that lights up the room without trying too hard. Our conversations drift into life, perspective, and the little things that make the days worthwhile. It is refreshing in a way you do not expect when you are just stopping in for a meal.
China House is not just about food. It is about atmosphere, human connection, and the reminder that a good meal shared with good conversation can quietly improve your whole day. I will keep coming back, both for the egg rolls and for the spirit of the place.

Ok so here's my issue.... We did a mobil order for pick up. The order was paid for but when we picked up the order we were charged extra for low maintenance even though it doesn't specify on the web site or menu that low maintenance is extra if you don't want rice. Sorry but that's a rip off and I'll never eat here again.

I've ordered here several times and normally its been good; but today was the worst. First my order was totally wrong. I had to drive back to the restaurant when I saw that what I had was NOT what I ordered. I called and told them it was wrong. Then I had to drive back to get it corrected. Their response was that I had to pay more because what I actually ordered cost more! Seriously!! No apology, just a correction on the cost. Then the wanton soup was tasteless. It was so bland, it was awful. The House Special Chow Mai Fun had only small trips of chicken and 2 yes just 2 small shrimp!!!!!! Such a disappointment. I cannot recommend China House after this disappointing order.
Order chicken fried rice with extra chicken and extra egg with no veggies. The first order was loaded with veggies and looked great besides wasn’t supposed to have veggies. The second order has no egg and is plan with no seasoning or anything. Overall WORST Chinese food I’ve gotten
