First time to eat there with my husband and can't wait to go back he got a fajita sampler which was amazing and I got chicken quesadilla like pumped up with everything it was great staff was great clean very laid back definitely would go back and recommend anyone everything tasted good Great salsa and cheese plus they had good relish and fresh chips probably my favorite Hispanic food restaurant as of current

The lunch crew is always great. Respectful, clean, and quick. They keep their restaurant in great condition. The produce is always fresh, and the product they make is as it should be.
However, come here anytime after 6pm and it’s just terrible. They are extremely dirty. They do not follow any food safety guidelines. They pull all of the items off of the heat to clean early. I just went in at 8pm and they sprayed sanitizer 2 inches from someone else making my food. Food is cold because they took everything off of the heater. And they are all just what seem to be very young kids just goofing off, and not treating any of the guests like actual people. All of the chairs are put up by 7. No dining in for anyone after 7? That can’t be the way you want it. The beverage station is non existent. All of the utensils and napkins moved off to a table. It sucks that you can’t get the chipotle you want anytime after the sun goes down. I think the management team seriously needs to pay attention to their night crew, because it seems to be the same people every time. Please get this fixed.

I’ve never had the best of luck with Chipotle. I really enjoy their food, when made properly, but it seems to be difficult to order through the app for pick up or delivery not just at this location, but all chipotle’s. However, this review is not to Focus on that but the quality of service I got when I did have a mistake. Last week I picked up my mobile app order, drove home to realize that my burrito was made incorrectly. I drove back to the restaurant not extremely happy as we live 20 minutes away and I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. I really just wanted to eat. The manager was so incredibly nice, she remade the order, she took responsibility, she offered chips and queso for my drive all while not giving any type of attitude or making me feel bad. Customer service isn’t like this anymore and so I’m just really impressed with how she handled the situation and I really wish I would’ve gotten her name. This restaurant also is extremely clean and I want to point that out as the ones for my hometown or not.

If you are hungry, go to Qdoba. This location gives out the smallest portions of protein. The kids that work there must get a bonus if they give out small enough portions. The other locations are fine, and the one in Moore is great. But the Edmond location is by far the worst one in the OKC metro.

This Chipotle had outstanding service and efficiency. They give you a very nice portion size, while some Chipotles do not always meet these standards. I highly recommend this Chipotle, and hope to dine in again soon!

I usually always go to the Edmond location on Broadway, but after this afternoon, it will be my last. Today the usual employees were not there, but I didn’t want to travel to the Oklahoma City location. The “host” Abigail had the most repulsive and disturbing attitude ever. I kindly stated my order. Afterward, she threw my receipt in the bag and aggressively slid the bag across the counter before I could even finish paying. And then she walked off with an attitude. I do not expect anyone to wish me a good day or afternoon, but the attitude that was given to me was not necessary. It makes me wonder if I’ll get sick after getting a “host” with improper food handling hygiene and who was mean for no reason.
Environment is obnoxious and LOUD. They have multiple songs playing and competing simultaneously. 🤦♂️
Food and service are good. Poor man taking my order could not hear me and I had to repeat multiple times (and I'm *not* a soft person). Service is fast and that's a plus.

If you take out your order, make sure you have everything that you have ordered. I ordered food through app, they forgot to put side guac. If you report that through app, they refund back but you can only claim once per order. I ordered brown rice, it didnt cook thoroghly. If you want to taste uncooked brown rice, try:)

This was an online order to go. They put extremely hot sauce on the food even though it wasn't supposed to be hot. Completely ruined the meal. We couldn't eat it.
