I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and half of it had no chicken. It was visibly flat on one side because there was nothing inside. With only two ingredients, there’s no excuse for getting it wrong. It’s a quesadilla, not exactly complicated. This is just common sense. If anything, I should be refunded for half the quesadilla since I’m mainly paying for the chicken, and I only got half of it.

This chicken tastes as if it’s been out all day. My stomach is already churning. My whole family is with me and I don’t have enough guest bathrooms for what this is going to do to our stomachs, please care about the freshness. We will not be back.

I never leave reviews, but this chipotle is so terrible that I have to say something to make sure other people are aware. If you go in the evening, there is never enough food on the line. On top of that, the food line is always a mess. The music is so loud and then there’s even louder music coming from the back of the kitchen. Now they have decided to go all digital, so you can’t even order food inside. Not sure how long that’s going to last, but if you Ever order online, you can guarantee that your order will be incorrect or they will skimp on how much they actually give you. This chipotle is two minutes from my house, but I am only going to go out of my way to find a different chipotle because this one has been absolutely terrible ever since we have moved to Edmond. And just to be clear, I have gone multiple times, and it’s never better. This wasn’t a one time thing. Someone needs to fix this.

About year ago I swore I would never go back to the Chipotle on S. Broadway because the tortilla for my burrito was old and stale and none of the vegetables were fresh. The manager at that time offered me one free drink….really pathetic. Year later, 5/25/25, in the evening and out of desperation I gave them one more try….it was horrible! I would not feed this crap to my cat or dog. I ordered a steak burrito and the meat was loaded with fat and just plain nasty…… the vegetables and beans looked like they had been out all day. Will never ever go back. The steak burrito cost me $12.18…so expensive for garbage. Remember when Chipotle first arrived on the culinary fast food scene….the food was so fresh and the tortillas were like butter…so soft and yummy. What happened? Doesn’t matter. Don’t waste your money. Not even one star for the food.

Ordered on the app, assumed it was correct and went home. as I get home from my 30 min drive I now have two of the same orders, one with stuff on it my girlfriend doesn’t eat/is allergic to. Now I have an angry girlfriend and the store isn’t even open to complain to, and the app won’t do anything but give me a coupon for my next order. Will def not use this location again.
Ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken burrito with mild sauce. Couldn't eat the chicken at all it was to spicy hot. I thought it was the salsa but after removing the salsa and took a bite of the chicken it was so hot. Thinking they cooked the chicken in jalapeños.
