Edmond Chipotle is a mess. The food in the visible buffet was sloppy, low in quantity and looked old. There were no visible employees at the counter to greet customers or provide services. I stepped in, saw the condition, wasn’t helped and so I walked out!

First time eating at Chipotle. Reminds me of Qdoba. You order from what's on the hot table. Portions are smaller here than what Qdoba gives at the same price. Atmosphere is like a fast food place.Vegetarian options: Because you can choose what you put in your bowl or on a burrito you can control the vegetarian options.

I ordered 2 steak tacos with gauc and shredded cheese. My total was $14… the amount of food given for the price of the food is ridiculous. I can Order a steak bowl with gauc, queso, and a tortilla on the side and it will also cost me around $14... Prices are never consistent or fair for the lack of food given.

Employees were yelling at each other. They didn't have any ice. Food quality was pretty bad. Water all over the floor.This location could probably use new management.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love Chipotle restaurants on the whole. This used to be my favorite Chipotle about five years ago. It has gradually gone downhill. We've had problems when we ordered through other apps, and they told us to order through their app. When I order through their app, they still don't get it right. They are frequently out of guac or other items. It's a decent restaurant if you go in person but I would caution you to check to make sure they have everything before you start your order. They don't tell you upfront if they're out of anything. most recently I ordered a bowl with extra pico to Gallo and extra lettuce the bowl is pictured below - Not extra anything. In fact it's pretty dang sparse.

I understand you’re about toClose but to run out of everything? The store closes at 10pm. I came to this location before last week at around 9:05pm and i was able to be served no problem. For one the service was EXTREMELY slow for it to be nobody in there and NO FOOD. This boy denied extra rice saying that he couldn’t do that yet i was here just last week and got extra rice. Another thing is they didn’t have any more chicken. Uhhh??? The main thing at chipotle you don’t have? Even with a hour left you can’t throw some on the grill? They was open for another hour how are you closing so early ? And then this girl knew i asked for a bag of chips of proceeded to sell the last 2 bags and she wasn’t able to get any more. Again still like 45 minutes left. The workers are mopping and putting chairs up as customers are eating. Then not to sound like a Karen but this puddle right here almost took me down. I never had a bad experience with this location until today 11/14/23.
