Tried to order online. System said couldn’t take my order right then. Called to double check. They said I did not have order in system but took my order over the phone. Picked up and paid for my order, discovered the next day the system had charged me for the online order even though it had not taken the order so when I paid in person they had double charged me. Also realized they charge extra for online orders. Sadly the spaghetti pizza was pretty good, however I will not go back.

This was the best experience I've ever had at any cicis in my life!!!! One of the works (Jeff) was so kind and caring that he even brought a high chair out to a table for 2 little girls to set their baby dolls in!!!

This location is typically very good. It's does not seem like they put out the more basic pizzas aside from pepperoni & supreme. I would love to see more plain cheese, Canadian bacon & pineapple, sausage, the basics. My fav is dipping the cheese bread in the marinara sauce.
My kids love cicis. Especially the gaming center. The pizza is always hot, the salad is always fresh, and the noodles are delicious. A great way to spend a family evening with little kids for cheap.

Honestly I’ve been craving Cici’s for about a month now 😂 So I’ve been coming quite often. I honestly love this Cici’s every time I’ve come here it always good and everyone is so nice! ☺️
Very impressed with the wait staff and the cooks! Salad bar was super clean and fresh pizza was consistently coming out as we sat and ate. Staff was communicating between each other and the dinning hall was super clean. I accidentally spelt my drink and a member of staff helped me immediately WITHOUT attitude! It’s hard wrangling kids and to know that the staff is there to help pick up messes leads to less embarrassment. Lastly staff were in clean uniform head to toe and looked proud of the place they worked. I could just tell! Great job and I will definitely come back again.
Kid-friendliness: They had kid friendly, slow simulating shows like Bluey playing in the background. Plus it’s a 1.49 if your child is 2 or younger!

I had lunch here and it had been at least 20 years since I had cicis. I'm impressed how much better it is now, or at least at this location. Affordable prices ,games for kids,and good all around pizza buffet.
