We love this place! The girls are always so friendly and helpful, and the ice cream is perfect. I try something new here every time and I’m never disappointed. The “strawberry festival” had strawberries, honey and fruity pebbles…magical. Wouldn’t change a thing!

We came to Cities Ice Cream a few times in the first year they opened. It’s been a long time since we’ve been, and when we went inside to order and eat our ice cream, we were extremely disgusted and disappointed.First of all, they have majorly downsized their ice cream cups but kept the same price. They do not fill the cups up all the way, either. Soooo not worth the price for the little bit that you get.Secondly, the place was NASTY!!! There is a whole wall of white shelves that were black with dust and dirt! Dirt rings from plant pots that they used to have lining the shelves were visible under a layer of dust. Every single window was covered with hand prints. Every white chair was black around the top with hand prints. The pink leather seats were black with dirt and germs! The stairs they have in there to sit were disgusting. The napkin dispensers at each table were DUSTY and had dried ice cream splashes on the top. This is not a matter of, “we haven’t gotten to cleaning today.” This is a matter of “we haven’t cleaned in MONTHS.”Needless to say we will never be back. I’m really shocked they get business. The only thing I wish is that I had been able to take more pictures of the filth.Edited to add:One of the two workers there this evening was sitting at a table with her friend eating chick-fil-a the entire time instead of, oh, I don’t know, cleaning.Not sure when the last time the owner has popped in their ice cream shop but I’d be incredibly horrified and embarrassed if I were them.

It is a really cool setup and their ice cream always looks instagram worthy. The actual flavor leaves a little to be desired. Not bad but not a home run either.

We have loved Cities since it first opened! The creativity is always on display with their menu and their cookies and the ice cream is absolutely delicious and cannot be beat! We love the vibes and the decoration and we can’t wait to get back every time we leave!
The ice cream was great. We went during a slow time and there were 4 people working. All of the tables were dirty, there was trash on the ground and there was a kind of wet dog smell.For a pricey, yet yummy ice cream you'd expect they might keep the place a bit cleaner when they aren't busy.

Took my son here to have a treat before he left for camp. He loved the ice cream, as did I. It was a lot of fun watching how they make each order. It was super crowded though. We can't wait to go again.
