Ordered a veggie sandwich and it’s like it came out of a steamed burrito bag. Then my son’s Mac n cheese was heated up so long the noodles burned at the bottom. The sweet tea was where the unsweetened was supposed to be. It was decorated for Christmas 🎄polar express themed so cute.

Ordered online and it took forever. Portion control is terrible on my sandwich. They put like 12 strands of lettuce and didn’t give me the extra cheese that I paid for. Very disappointed

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak plain with just meat and cheese. While I understand that they portion the meat, you would think that they would give a little extra so that the sandwich doesn't look like it's all bread! Very disappointed in this. I've had the egg salad and it was overflowing with eggs. Would not recommend ordering your sandwich plain.

Had a gigantic hair cooked into the meat and cheese of my sandwich. Because it was literally part of my sandwich, it briefly ended up in my MOUTH when I took a bite. I genuinely wanted to vomit and cry. I think I did cry a little bit, it was horrifying. I honestly don’t think I can go back to another city bites for a long, long time bc it makes me nauseous just thinking about this place. 🤢
Edit: city bites reached out regarding this issue, and I’m really, really grateful. My biggest worry was that the issue wasn’t being taken seriously. That most certainly is not the case. Now my stomach can start healing so I can go back one day!
