Original-Sucks when you order 7 different things for a work event and have to rip everything open to pass it out. A label would have been nice.

While visiting family in Edmond, OK; I went through the drive through for brunch. I ordered a Philly sandwich on jalapeño bread all the way with chips and a drink.
The wait in the drive was longer than expected with one car at the window, one car at the order board and myself.
The wait at the window was also a longer wait than expected- I received my purchase and processed to my destination. When I opened my sandwich it was clearly over filled with lettuce and peppers. Lining one side of the sandwich was hamburger patty cut into pieces with a large amount of melted cheese. This is a clear false representation of a posted sandwich.
When I called back the manager proceeded to state I was NOT given a hamburger pattie because they do not have such meat available in store.
Well, clearly they provided something other than the Sliced beef known to be used for Philly Cheese steak sandwiches- to selected customers. Which was provided to me on 10/10/25 at approximately 1:06PM.
I did eat the product that yielded approximately three to four inches of bread left with no meat - only lettuce and peppers.
This store is clearly NOT ONE OF GOOD CHARACTER OR Moral.

Ordered a sandwich with no cheese, it had cheese on it when I received it pulled back around to tell them they proceed to ask if it was an allergy or a preference. Then said well I guess we can remake it, then just peeled the cheese off and gave it back to me which was known because they left chunks of cheese stuck on the toothpicks. Server seemed unwilling to help and rude.

I tried oredering over the phone from you twice in the last three weeks. I was put on hold an no one came back. I did come throught the drive thru and your potato is smaller and cost more than the one at Mcalisters a few blocks further down the road.
You cannot have a more expensive, inferior product, and have bad customer service. Being on hold for over 15 mintues is a lot. I end up going to another restaurant and taking other customers with me who per buying dinner to.
Guy at the drive through was very short and sounded very unwelcomed and irrated like he was done with us taking our order very short he had glasses and mustache didn't have a name tag but idk it was very off and just felt like he was just very stern basically overall food here is always great just not always good with customer

Man alive- this place forgets items on my order so often that it almost feels intentional at this point. And the food they *do* remember to put in the to-go bag is barely edible. It’s right next door to me, but I’ll be driving a few more miles down the road in the future. It’s inexcusable to charge people for food and then not put it in the bag!

Seriously- ordered a turkey potato and couldn’t taste the potato with the pounds of butter and ranch, both of which are awesome but yuck… not that much. Had to throw it away. I even asked for light.wont be back for a long
