“Hi Eddie, I wanted to share some feedback as a long-time regular customer. I’ve been visiting your restaurant and bar for about eight years now—usually at least once a week—and I’ve always appreciated the great service and quality beverages. The bar staff is consistently attentive and friendly, which keeps me coming back. However, I’ve recently had an ongoing issue with the ribeye steak. This is now the third time I’ve ordered it and found that nearly half of the 14 oz portion was made up of fat. It’s very disappointing, especially given the high standards your restaurant typically upholds. It seems the quality of meat being purchased may not be matching the premium standard that you advertise. I’ve enjoyed nearly every other entrée on your menu over the years, and they’ve always been excellent. That’s why I wanted to reach out directly rather than just stop ordering. I hope you’ll take a look into the current ribeye meat supplier or cuts being used. It might even help to have a mystery customer order one so you can see firsthand what’s being served. I’ve attached a picture showing the amount of fat from my last steak for reference. I really hope this can be addressed—I’d love to feel confident ordering a steak at your restaurant again. “My husband and I went last weekend and we were so impressed. We shared an appetizer, a wedge salad and the filet. The filet was delicious and could be cut with a fork. The bartenders encouraged us to come for Happy Hour and we did just that. Today we enjoyed a Liquid Lunch and a Jessica Rabbit, both were delicious and hit the spot! The bartenders are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! We have found our new watering hole!“

The cherry on top was that our waitress asked US if we wanted drinks to go. We didnt have to ask her! ❤️ We did go on a Tuesday so Im not sure how they are with a busier crowd but we loved it. She always has a smile on her face and she is very friendly. She knows me by by name and always gives me excellent service. She knows my favorite drink and my favorite meal. She is always on top of the needs of her customers. You never need or want for anything. She treats everyone this way! She truly is one of the main reasons my family comes to Ted’s.“

Drinks are skipped at times....less cocktail, more whipped topping or just air and opportunity at the top of the rim...but, it's only $8. 🤷🏾‍♀️ The female waitresses always seem to be the worst. Forgetful and they don't communicate well. Still a great place for family and will continue going back.“
