The best old fashioned burgers and fries! I really miss the old family run burger joints. Kudos for this family bringing one back. The original had hot plate lunches but had to move due to property being sold and they reopened closer to me now but without the hot plates. Still 5 stars for me.

Usually I meet my boyfriend who is a regular at Colby’s for lunch and we eat their amazing burgers. Well today we went for breakfast and keep talking about how delicious the breakfast was. I had the Meat Lovers Omelette with extra Ham, Hash Browns and a big ol’ Pancake. Definitely a top spot of mine for a yummy breakfast. And per usual the service was amazing!

I’ve been coming here since 2016 and have always enjoyed the food, but I’m honestly disappointed for the first time. The fries are noticeably thinner now, and the jalapeños taste different definitely not the same as before. I hope they bring back the original versions because those little details made a big difference.

Colby’s is a little hole in the wall burger joint. They have really good burgers. Fries are great and their string onion rings are great. Have had the cheeseburger, jalapeño burger and the outstanding chile cheese burger!

My dad started taking me here when I was 3 years old for fries and hamburgers. Now, I try to find the time to grab their excellent breakfast burritos. Not a day has passed where this place has bad food. Awesome food and awesome prices! A million stars for Colby’s!!
