I have lived in the area for a few years now and I just finally stopped in here and I wish I had sooner! The service is absolutely excellent and the food is even better and also very clean and well taken care off. I will be stopping by on much more regular basis now.

We came in at the beginning of our shift for some breakfast. I ordered a short stack with a side of bacon, my husband ordered a bacon, egg & cheese burrito with hashbrowns. Both were delicious! Service was quick and everybody working at Colby’s was so nice.Vegetarian options: All menu items have a description of everything in the meal.Dietary restrictions: Everything on the menu is customizable to your needs!Parking: Plenty of parking with several parking lots available within walking distance.

Good food for what it is. The guys are always friendly, one of the white boys even speaks Spanish pretty good. Love their fried mushrooms.
Man, if you've never eaten here, you're missing out. Everything they make is great, but my go-to menu items are the burgers (literally any of them) and the breakfast burritos. They will put anything you want in the breakfast burritos, so those are only limited by your imagination lol.For a burger, I usually get a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, and bacon (and sometimes a fried egg). Or I'll get the mushroom swiss and add bacon. For sides, I usually alternate between fries and onion straws. And you can't go wrong with their spicy ranch! It's really good. Everything they make is made fresh and to order. You really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.Pro Tip: This place gets super busy during lunch rush, so feel free to call your order in ahead of time and then just swing by to pick it up. They do have a small dining room, but it fills up fast at lunch time.We love this place and you will too!

Man, I wish I lived closer! These guys are awesome! The service was top notch, everyone was super friendly, and seemed stoked to be there! I thought I was stopping for a quick gas station bite, but the food was way better than I could have expected. Definitely go check this place out!
