Great ice cream, great service. The only issue I have is that there is no list of mix ins. You can see the candy stuff on display, but I didn’t know that there was fruit until I asked about it. This time I asked what kinds of fruit, and learned that there is also cake that can be mixed in. With an enormous menu on the wall, it should be really easy to just add that list.

I went to this location in Aug 2024. My daughter and i were celebrating our birthdays and, we wanted ice cream. We were assisted by this nice and sweet lady who was attentive to what we wanted and how we wanted it. She made us feel so welcome and important. I cannot remember her name, but Thank you for being so great. We will be back.

One of the more expensive ice cream options in town but you do get to add one topping or mix-in at no additional cost. With each additional topping costing $1, if you order two toppings it is the same cost as a Signature Creation. The ice cream is decent, very rich but also nicely creamy and comes in a variety of different flavor options. I love adding Peanut Butter to which ever flavor I get here, the most recent visit I had a Cake Batter with Peanut Butter. The staff have always been friendly and helpful at answering any questions we have had. They also allow you the opportunity of trying different flavors before having to commit, so I highly recommend trying a flavor before purchasing it if it is your first time visiting. This location also sells Ice Cream Cakes, they have several options of already made cakes in store but will create custom cakes for birthdays and other special events as well. A two (2) day notice is required enable to have the cake ready in time for special orders. Not only do they have to make the cake it takes at least a day for it to freeze properly. This location is small, so although it is ♿️ wheelchair accessible, the ordering line is also the walk way between tables and the front counter. During rushes, it's challenging to get a wheelchair through the crowd but was at least doable since people were respectful enough to move aside to let us pass by.
Parking: Shared parking lot with multiple businesses, an additional parking lot with plenty of places to park is located next to Raising Canes or in front of Walmart.
Kid-friendliness: Ice cream flavors are displayed low enough for children to be able to see the various flavor options.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but very tight and cramped with little room to maneuver a wheelchair. All the tables have movable chairs to accommodate a wheelchair.

The Coldstone Creamery truck came out for our community event. Lots of menu selections were offered. I had the banana pudding ice cream and it was sooo good. The service was fast and incredibly friendly. Would love to have them out again for future events. Thank you Coldstone Creamery of Edmond!

We ordered a cake by phone which they didn’t have when we went to pick it up. The manager did everything to get us the birthday cake. He went above and beyond to get our cake for my daughter’s 21 birthday party. He even gave us free ice cream tonight. I would highly recommend this place as they stand by their service and product!!

They have a couple of new flavors for fall: Pumpkin bread and Candy Apple! Both are quite tasty. (I'm not a fan of pumpkin flavored things, but my kid said it was good.) Service was great from Trevor.
It was good and the service was good. But the store was pretty dirty, no napkins at all, they were out. If the store was clean then my rating would be higher. But we will be back.
