You’re going to get sick if you eat here! Drive-thru employees look very miserable and depressed. Fries are cold and soggy, the food in general is like rubber and smells almost rotten. They need to call the Health Department to do an inspection of this place. Their bathroom had a rat crawling there!!!

My wife and I stopped at the location on 2nd the other day and were treated to an employee with an amazing attitude. He appeared to be the only one working and took our order through the drive-through, made our order, and brought it out the front door and hand-delivered it to us. All with a smile and kindness. Way to go Michael, you had a great day in our eyes.

We love del taco. BUT. Found a hair in my jumbo shrimp taco tonight. Super grossed out and they won't answer the phone so I can't let them know. So I'll post this here.

Good value, Under staffed, the young woman who waited on us was doing the job of three people. I felt sorry for her. But she was doing a good job, I commend her!

We have been here before and not had a long wait. Great food and service. But a couple of weeks ago, we were buying lunch for a large group of 15. The location was short staffed, 3 people including the manager, and the lobby was open for dine-in. We arrived at 11:30 am. Ordered 4 boxes of tacos and bean burritos. After 40 minutes, we thought about canceling our order, but decided to stay since 1/2 our order was complete. People were coming to counter to get refunds because service was so slow. We felt badly for staff, manager and customers. The lobby should have never been opened with this short of staff on a Dinday afternoon. We will be back, but not for large orders.

We used to have one in my hometown but it closed. I was so excited to see one in Oklahoma City. The tacos were as good as I remembered. They have the best tacos!

This was the worst experience I've ever had!! The manager was completely rude, and I'm pretty sure she didn't like me because I'm WHITE!!! She made some sort of racist comment and I don't think I'll ever go back. It was the General Manager!! She should be FIRED!!!

Took the family for tacos after basketball practice. The tacos immediately seemed odd, super crunchy but had a weird, almost rancid taste and smell, but not totally inedible. We elected to power through them, as we ordered 21 of them. Fast forward to this morning, each of us are paying the price for that decision with severe diarrhea. Thanks Del Taco for the colon flush. We won't be returning any time soon!

Food is flavorful. Huge selection of items but the menu is overly complicated. Need to increase the size of the water cups...8oz is just too small, especially when your fountain is inoperable and short-staffed & too busy to get you refills

Went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a breakfast burrito, the lady said "I'm so sorry sir but we are out of eggs". ?‍♀️ I don't know why I even try eating out anymore, the business owners don't take care of their employees or their customers, nobody takes responsibility for mistakes and it's all just a huge cluster ****.

Tíasha the night manager at this location should be fired or at least coached on not forgetting orders not taking so long (20 to 30 min wait for 2 orders with no real drive through line. And for refusing to give me a delivery order because they cleaned the shake machine with at least 30-40 minutes before closing. After telling me she will not give me my order for my delivery customer because she didn’t want to make the shake she slammed the drive through window in my face as I was leaving hard. Thankfully there was a lower level employee ( short brown hair bigger gentlemen with hate and glasses who said he was not a manager chased me down and said he would give me the food at least so I can at least take that to the customer thank goodness for him at least. As I said before the manager for 12/14/21 Tiesha (she said) should be coached unbelievable bad experience. I’m trying to help other people get there food and this guy works overnight at a hospital in Edmond have some respect Del taco.

I have not been to Del Taco in a long time, so I decided to go back saw a few new items tried them was not bad. But in addition to what a I order I also got a large french Fries and large drink. When I got food I noticed that I did not get my drink and fries. So I asked about my drink and fries and I was told I did not order them when I know I did and was told to go back and order a drink and fries. I will not be going anytime soon.

The last time I went was November 18th and the lobby was open again finally but none of the 3 employees noticed me walk in. I had to walk over far enough to get someone's attention that was staring down at their phone near the office to take my order. I called a few days ago to complain about it & found out that the woman who took my was not just a manager any more, she was the general manager now, so I called the woman in California to complain again. Del Taco & Braums are the only 2 restaurants that think it's alright to ignore or make lobby customers wait until drive through customers are taken care of first. My order was made right at least the last two times, but I haven't been making special orders any more either. The nachos has a cheese sauce that is too spicy & the chicken plato meal burrito comes with jalapeno sauce instead of zesty red sauce but it's not listed on the paper menu so watch out. I've had stomach problems for over a year now because I thought the sauce on the burrito was verde or tomatillo sauce and ate it. I'm taking 2 Omeprazole tablets a day now & was supposed to have a endoscopy.
