I love these cookies!!!! The gooeyness in the idle is the best!!!!!! Love them better than crumbl!!!!

Hours online and on the door said they were open until 10pm. Got there at 8pm and they were locked up. Open sign was on but nobody was around. Annoying to drive all the way here for nothing.

Visited tonight for the first time and had some amazing cookies. Sam, the young lady working, was so sweet and answered all of our questions and told us all about the stuffed cookies. 10/10

Oof, I was so excited to try this place but these cookies are just too sweet for me. My lil nephew loves sweets but after 2 small bites, even he said his tummy hurt. Won't be going back but happy to try something new.

Ok so first off, this place has AMAZING COOKIES! They’re a bit pricey, but worth it!
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt like something needed to be said after all this…it’s a long one…

So.. on 2/5/25…I drove all the way from Guthrie, had a horrible day, and was so excited to get my favorite cookies! They close at 9, and I’ve been there many times before closing…never had an issue with product availability.
It was 8:37 pm and I was told:
“Uh have you been here before?? Sorry but I only have the cherry cookies left because we had to cut hours.”
I replied:
“It’s like 8:38, you don’t have even the original stuffed ones? I’ve been here many times close to closing and never been told they don’t have cookies, or have a limited selection.”
The lady said “Well sorry we are closing at 9, and I have to do all the closing and baking and since we cut hours , I didn’t bake more and I don’t have any left. “
I said “ok thanks never mind.”

What a waste of my time and gas!!!!
I absolutely love this cookie shop and have referred all of my friends and family here. And have spent a lot of money here myself! But now I’m not so sure if I will be spreading the word.
I’ve never seen a sign or been told “cookie variety is slim past 8:00 pm” or anything like that!
I could understand if it was 8:57 or something… but to not have ANY variety in the last 20 minutes is crazy to me. As I was going to purchase a Dirty Dozen!!

So I came back on 2/7/2025. About 3:30pm. The guy was super sweet. I asked him to scan my app for my loyalty points and he couldn’t. He didn’t know how. I asked him to reprint the receipt so I could come back when a manager is working and get my points, and he couldn’t reprint the receipt either.
You could tell he was a bit anxious, as he had a large order he needed to fill and the customer came in asking when they would be done….
On Fridays I think y’all need two people there working.
Also this is probably the 4th time I’ve bought cookies and the associate wasn’t able to scan so I lost out on points. So I took a picture of my last transaction for proof.
Because I scanned the QR code on the counter to leave this review, to redeem the free cookie! But I didn’t get it because I could tell the guy was stressed and didn’t know how.

Hopefully management sees this and appreciates the feedback.

Visit was fantastic today, I go through quite frequently, and Shelby continues to make my visits AMAZING! The cookies are great, but the service and interaction from her really ties in everything together! Nobody at this location knows their way around the cookies like she does, and she’s always friendly and amazing to talk to while I’m making my purchase. If she isn’t a manager already you definitely need to make this happen!

Simple place for picking up ooey gooey amazingness to go! Whole family was blown away by the decadence and the service was super friendly!
