“I ordered online and my order said 11 minutes. I got to the store and my order was nowhere near ready. I was frustrated as this was not the first time this has happened. Another customer came in and was experiencing the same issue. As irritated as I was I waited for my pizza and Tasha was trying to figure out what was going on. She contacted the district manager Eric and they realized there were some technical difficulties going on beyond their control. Even with those they both went above and beyond to make things right in a situation they had no control over. Thank you guys for a great night for me and my kids. Will definitely continue to come back. I understand things happen and I love to see great customer service.“
“The pizza is good overall. I don't have any complaints, I usually get 1 of 4 kinds (I do what works for me). My husband, however, likes to try different kinds to varying success. It's mostly his topping choice combos, but occasionally, it's the individual toppings themselves that taste off. (I.e. a sour tomato or bitter mushroom.)“
