The staff here are the worst. I ordered online, and my order never arrived. I called to complain, and they made excuses about being busy. They didn't even apologize, telling me to come pick it up if I needed it. When I told them I couldn't make it, they hung up on me. They were so rude, and I never received the item I paid for.

Why is the pizza not cut all of the way through? This isnt the first time, its like they only cut the edges but not the center. Can't even pull a full slice out.. BS

YUCK! This place has a bunch of disrespectful kids making the food and it shows. The Parmesan bites had so many inconsistencies in size & texture - hard and some pieces were so small like quarter sized rolls. The pizzas also were hard and lacked cheese! Food left a gross after taste & left me questioning the sanitation in preparation. Listen to the bad reviews please, don’t be like me and take a chance on this place just to also be disappointed.

The $10 pizza promotion, any size, any toppings was absolutely terrible. Dry, burnt crust, no sauce or mozzarella and the veges were old. If you’re gonna have a promotion to get people to try your pizza, it should be good. I won’t be back.

My daughter ordered pizza this evening from Dominoes around 8pm and this is what she got from Dominos Delivery on Danforth in Edmond. They left the pizzas on the grass! Who does that? Super unprofessional and unsanitary! If there were a choice for zero stars, I would have chosen it!
Ordered online for pickup and when we walked into store, no employee helped us. We stood at counter for several minutes. We counted 9 employees who could all see us standing there. I had to yell “we’re just here to pick up, can someone help us?” before any of them paid attention. That’s just embarrassing.

Ordered online and expected wait time was 17-22 minutes. Left my house and got to the restaurant 17 minutes later and was told it wasn't even in the oven yet. Told it would be another 20 minutes at least.

I ordered pizza for a local assisted living for dinner. It was a curbside pickup. The person loaded the pizza & I left. When I got to my destination I was 2 large pizza's short. I did not have enough food to feed everyone. I called & let the store know. I asked if they would deliver & I was told no. I explained this was not my error & half the people would get fed & the other half would need to wait. I was told they would refund the food or I could pick it up. I had no choice but to pick it up. I could not feed only half of the people expecting dinner. The place has been ran so much better since the previous female manager is gone. This could have been a positive review had I not had to go back for something that was not my error.

I placed a delivery order on 2-5-25 that was extremely delayed. I was advised by the manager that the order would be canceled and my money refunded. I have not received a refund to date. I contacted corporate and no one has contacted me. I see why Dominos is failing.
