Domino's Pizza

Never trust the Dominos Tracker app or the approximate time given on the app. When I first placed our order from two medium pizzas the tracker app said it would take 19 minutes at the latest. 19 minutes later it showed it was still being prepped. I called the store and the woman I spoke to said they were very busy and it would be another 25-30 minutes. Another 30 minutes later it stilled showed it was being prepped, so I called again and the man I spoke to said my pizzas were done and sitting in the warmer. So don’t trust the tracker. Call the store and find out how long your order really will take after placing an online order 😠

Ordered online for carry out, the pizzas and the parmesan bites were great. Service was quick and friendly. Will come again!

More then 3 times they have gotten my order wrong, 2 times pizza with no cheese, normal crust instead of stuffed cheese crust. Absolutely atrocious go for another pizza place

Who’s running this location???? They are running this place in the ground last week I visited this location there was only 2 people working which one was a driver who wasn’t there so literally they only had one worker…Today I visited this location again only one worker which concerns me because we have ordered at night and they have 3-4 people including this poor guy that actually runs this place in the morning he still was there at night shift which tells me this kid is being overworked often and I’m sure he’s not even being acknowledged or appreciated send help fast.

I visited this location today and it is $6.99 large 2topping day which I assume is a PROMOTION DAY right? However I witness a young man working in overtime literally busting his butt to get orders out all while answering phone orders, drive thru pick up and front counter orders and DID NOT have not one person to help or back him up which lets me know there is a lack in the General Manager position because WHY doesn’t he have a proper staff together to accommodate days like this or maybe that shouldn’t be his position as General Manager!!!

I used to love this Domino’s. I’ve ordered from here multiple times. Especially last year all through the winter and summer. We took about a two month break and started ordering again. But the last two times that we have ordered, our pizza has been severely delayed. It tells us how long it should take, so we tend to go about five minutes after the latest time it quotes us. Both times when we have showed up to pick up our pizza, five minutes late, it’s still in prep and hasn’t even been put in the oven. We’ve had to drive up to the drive-through window twice now and ask if our app is wrong. No one sitting in the parking lot, the parking lot is empty, no customers waiting inside; so what gives? I have ordered from this location on Friday nights and Saturday nights and never had this problem. I am not sure if there was a change in staff or if they are just shortstaffed, but it’s been a little ridiculous lately. In fact, I’m 99% positive that if we had not gone to the window both times, that our pizza would have taken well over an hour to be put in the oven. Maybe try a different Domino’s.

Did a delivery order and opted to tip cash instead of in the app. Took 55 minutes to arrive when this location is 2 minutes away from my house. The driver with the name “S” came up to my door and the first words out of her mouth was “you forgot the tip.” I was shocked 😅 pretty unacceptable behavior so I ended up saving my money and not tipping someone as entitled as her!!! Just be careful out here y’all people are weird! Food was good though.

This location does a decent job. I don't usually have any problems. I prefer this location over the Danforth location.

Awkward customer service today at the window, and as a customer I could hear them talking negatively through the window. Great pizza need basic politeness from staff.
