I’ve been getting Donatos pizza on pizza night since they moved in on 2nd and Portland. The pizza and service is amazing! I ordered pizza online and accidentally ordered the wrong type of pizza than I had intended, but Kylie offered to help me out big time by quickly getting me the pizza I meant to order without me even asking. It definitely made my night as I was looking forward to the hot chicken pizza all day!

Great pizza! Obsessed with the hot honey and hot chicken! Side note, the meatballs are super good too! Always get the cinnamon bread! It’s also really clean! There’s an owner up there all the time scrubbing the floors himself!

Went to the new Donato’s in Edmond today and not only did they screw up the order and give it to someone else, but the bottom of the pizza was overdone and the overall flavor was far below expectations. I won’t be returning, that’s a promise.
I really want to like this place because it’s locally owned and I want to support my neighbors but the pizza is always so bland just bad. It’s almost always cold. This is my 4th try :( if you order door dash it takes 30 minutes but if you order in person it’s 1 hour plus. Just had overall I’m so sorry.
