This was my first time trying Dunkin on N Kelly in Edmond. I was not impressed. It started with attitude on the mic from inside employee due to fire truck and ambulance going by, fine. Waited.... Then it was another employee, then yet another (maybe original employee bac) on mic asking for my order. I did upgrade my original order from bacon and egg croissant to the $6 meal deal going on. When I did receive order, the 4 individual hash brown rounds were soggy, drenched in oil, and the flavor was gross. The croissant was decent, and the coffee was probably the best out of the three. Not sure if this is the normal here. Or just a bad moment. It will be a while before I try it again. Maybe just coffee and donuts next time.

Had to take one star off bc the breakfast sandwich is ok and the hash browns are nasty. Soggy and you only get 4 tiny ones. I'd have to order 3 orders lol. But I normally get donuts and iced coffee. Those are always great. But the breakfast sandwich and hash browns are a no for me.

I got a Dunkalatte from a different location and it didn't taste right. My hubby dropped me off at my car and it was too far to go back to that store. So, I took it to the location on Kelly Ave in Edmond, Oklahoma and Nathaniel made me a fresh Dunkalatte. So good!! Thank you Nathaniel for your hospitality and for the delicious cup of coffee! All the workers at this store are amazing and this is definitely my favorite location!! Highly recommend!
Didnt spread my cream cheese just gave me a container of it. I had to slice my bagel and spread it myself. I asked them about it they said yep they been doing that for 8 years. Thats a first for me.

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially a bad one! But OMG I’m hoping someone will see this and get a new manager in there or something! I went Wednesday 9/10 at around 12:20pm in the drive thru. Crew was great, very kind!! But the entire time while the girl was taking my order you can just hear someone yelling in the background. When I pulled up to the window you can still hear someone yelling. A girl handed me my drink and took my payment. Then a guy came and handed me my food after a couple minutes. The guy seemed so upset, I wanted to cry for him. I’m not sure if this is just a manager going off in the background or bullying in the workplace. Either way, NOT OKAY! The guy sighed really heavy and said “I hope you have a good day.” I told him the same and drove off . I seriously thought about turning around and giving someone a piece of my mind! I’m a manager myself in the food industry so I know how crew should be treated and this was not it!! DO BETTER!!!!

They run out of specific donuts a lot at this location and the drive thru takes longer than it should. They are always kind and always accurate once I ask for something they actually have. Dunkin coffee for life!
