fast service and the workers at the window are always chill vibes type. i’ve never waited more than 3 minutes for my food. today i got my coffee and a sandwich but they gave me an extra one. was it a mistake? idk and idc, it brought me to the review and made me give 5 stars soooo 🕺

I’d give zero stars if I could. This location needs to be shut down. I used to come everyday for a coffee and within the last several months it has gone down hill. If you even get your order correctly you’re lucky…if it’s actually cooked you’ve won the lottery. Today was the worst experience of all and I can’t return. Rude staff, incorrect orders, and slamming windows in faces. Unacceptable

I guess if you order anything with bacon after 7 am it will be cold and they will not heat it or let you know at the window it will be old and freezing to the touch. Who wants over priced cold bacon if that sounds good this is the place for you 😒

I was picking up an Uber eats order and I asked for a plastic bag and she said they didn’t have any. There was a bunch hanging up behind her and when I pointed that out, she just got snarky and said those are for delivery orders, but I have a pick up delivery order for Uber eats. She got rude and said have a nice day very rudely. I don’t like liars or rude people.

Had an issue where a large iced coffee had expired sour milk product. Staff appeared very annoyed when the issue was brought up. They remade it, but it still tasted sour. Thankfully we got a refund after a very long wait, due to staff hanging out in the parking lot talking. Will not be returning to this location.
The staff was extremely rude, they forgot the espresso in my iced latte, which is okay mistakes happen, however when I went back to ask them to remake it they were extremely rude and said I should've order an extra shot and that it wasn't their fault I couldn't taste it, but my drink was white, it looked like it was only milk. After arguing with them and waiting for almost 10 minutes they finally remade it.

Will get in personal business and horrible customer service. Was a regular and spoke with everyone while waiting all morning for a med coffee One employee accused me of only coming to see a specific guy employee when I not single . I called store spoke w/ manager about concerns . Met with anger and defense . Waited to days went back . Manger snatched coffee from employee to give to me herself with an attitude . I confronted her she said don’t come back which I never was .wanted my last free coffee goofy . Will call corp on you miserable ppl

Just slow … I order all the time using mobile pay and still I’m having people in drive thru get there food.. I get it but from working in the food industry we always prioritized mobile orders. They usually come in faster.
