It's a drive thru location; the girl who sold us our order was very efficient, fast and nice!

It would be nice to be able to see the donut variety (my kid didn't know what to choose and the menu won't tell anything but the prices)

Terrible customer service. Stood at the mobile order window waiting for 10 minutes while the ladies inside stood looking at me. They immediately came to ask my name when another customer came to the window. Very rude and borderline discrimination.

Completely messed up our order. It was supposed to be two croissant sandwiches one kolache one egg bite and a dozen donut holes plus hashbrowns. We got one bagel sandwich, one croissant, one egg bite, and one breakfast taco. The food was incredibly greasy and flavor less. The hashbrowns were a soggy mess. The donuts were missing entirely.

This place has a drive-up window and a walk-up window that is all. There is no going in and looking at the doughnuts. You place your order and they hand it to you. The young lady was nice, but I had preordered my doughnuts and still had to wait for them to be boxed, so only 3 stars for service.

It’s 9 am, you have had a lot of customers and you can’t break a 100 dollar bill. Your entire store doesn’t have 4 20s and a 10. So we wait in line to not get our food. Not acceptable.
