Poorly managed. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Staff was goofing off when arriving at the window. I had put in a mobile order almost 40 minutes prior and they hadn’t even started making it until I got to the window. And then they made one of my drinks wrong. Absolutely ridiculous.

Going downhill; this is not what Dutch Bros used to be. I haven't been back in a while because quality feels so hit or miss, and today's visit unfortunately confirmed I'd have been better off skipping. Mainly they got my order wrong, but also service was half-hearted and the wait was on the long side. There are a lot better options for the price.

If I could give them a zero I would the customer service was terrible waited in line for over 15 minutes young boy came out to take orders from customers that just drove up all the cars that waited over 15 minutes I backed out of line I know you guys could do better than this experience was horrible!!!

I like this location because the staff are always really friendly/kind, and the drinks are always well made!

What is really disappointing and frustrating though is not having mobile orders ready on time. On several occasions now I've ordered ahead and scheduled orders at around 7:00 AM to be ready at 7:20- 7:25 AM, and then I'll arrive at around 7:35 AM. The last 6 times I've done this I've been told my drink hasn't been started yet, and then I'll wait an additional 5-15 minutes for my drink to be made. I understand that there can be a lot of people going through the drive thru at these times, and I appreciate the staff, but what's the point of ordering ahead if my order isn't cared about until I'm there? I hope this is something they can work to improve.

The employees here are so much more nicer and welcoming and actually talk to you compared to the one on north may,NW 23rd St and Reno ave,I've had annoyed looks and hateful towards me ordering,makes me wanna drive the 25 mins for a nice drink with love. I'm absolutely obsessed with the pumpkin brulee breve,10/10!!!
