Absolutely the longest I have ever had to wait in line at any Dutch Bros location, 20 minutes later I am leaving a bad review still waiting on my drink I was just barely able to order... How come there's not people outside taking orders at the cars like normal there's three people inside running stuff slow as molasses in January..

I will absolutely never go to another one of these locations. You're forcing your staff to stand outside in 22° weather for 30 minute intervals? It's not okay! It's outrageous. There's no way that these people get compensated enough to have their face exposed in 22 ° weather. I told them that they needed to speak to their manager about it to which they replied their manager isn't in charge of it. Someone has to be making the decision and I'm assuming it's the person that says the base pay for these people well completely disregarding their well-being

Bad service. First visit here I walked up to the window and smiled/said hello to the young lady with pinkish hair who came to the window and she was in a very bad mood. She purposely ignored my greeting when I spoke to her and just gave me a nonverbal uninterested glare. After she remained unfriendly she still prompted me to the tip screen which I normally give at coffee shops but didn't this time due to her attitude. When my order was taken another customer came up for a pickup and she greeted him back and was more willing to be friendly towards him but gave me a cold experience. I don't think people should be hired for customer service jobs if they don't like to serve others.
