Go here if you hate yourself and want to ruin your day. My girlfriend and I went here this morning. I asked for a Chocolate COLD BREW and they handed it to us PIPING HOT. When my girlfriend questioned it they looked at her like she was speaking another language. How do you mess up a Cold brew by serving it hot? Cold is in the damn name. Also the drinks were absolutely disgusting and had zero flavor at all. We threw it in the trash and went to Scooters down the street.

One car in the drive thru as we waited to be helped at the walk up register. We waited for several minutes/songs and even rang the doorbell, no one came. Several more cars go through the drive thru and we still weren’t helped. Kinda odd to not even shout that you’ll help us in a moment if you’re busy. We ended up just walking away.

The atmosphere is always good, but everytime we go the this Dutch Brothers they do something wrong. We ordered a lg golden eagle with softop and cinnamon sprinks, didn't get tbe sprinks, I told her at the window, she gave us a cup with sprinks in it, i am good with that, but I ordered a lg dueche de leche with 2 shots and extra caramel, got the drinks, drove off, and i didn't realize that there was no caramel at all in the cup, and the last part of the drink didnt taste good because of it. We now think we are just going to stop going to this store......
