Amazing cookies! Great for fundraisers!

By far one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had.

I called the Edmond location about a simple order mix-up. I ordered two frosted cookies and received one regular frosted cookie and one frosted chocolate chip cookie, which was not advertised or explained when I ordered. I wasn’t angry, I just wanted the issue documented so it could be fixed when I returned.

Instead, the person who identified herself as the manager, Sarah, was dismissive, impatient, and openly rude. She repeatedly cut me off, kept saying she was “too busy,” and continuously minimized the situation by saying it was “just a two-dollar cookie.” I explained multiple times that I was traveling and could not come in that day, yet she refused to write down my name, document the issue, or offer any basic solution besides “just come in.”

At one point, she even refused to provide an email or any way to document the issue, forcing me to re-explain everything later. The entire interaction felt condescending and unprofessional, especially coming from someone claiming to be the manager.

This was never about the cookie, it was about the complete lack of respect. I am a frequent customer, and this interaction was enough to ensure I won’t be returning to this location.

Their cookies are tasty and the price is so much better than Crumbl! Service was great.

The cookies are gross and dry, the frosting tastes like chemicals and they put wayyyy too much almond frosting.

I ordered about 12 dozen cookies and a large cookie for a rehearsal dinner in Edmond. So many flavors to choose from. My favorite is iced sugar cookies and these did not disappoint. The icing, the cookie…. Delicious. Everything was fresh and looked great! Highly recommend!

Does not have royal iced sugar cookies but has a lot of buttercream iced ones so…and the prices were decent. Tried one buttercream frosted sugar cookie, but bought two. Cookie wasn’t great though so I gave the other one away. Well, the cookie was okay but the frosting was not or my standards are maybe too high

They did a fantastic job on the cookies that I ordered for my daughter's cheerleading squad for the homecoming game! I will definitely order from them again on the next special occasion!

Good, cute cookies for better than average price.

These cookies are delicious, soft and giant. My personal favorite was the lemon.

So glad a friend recommended Eileen’s to me! My new favorite cookies to pick up for parties or gifts.

I had a call ahead order and it was ready when I arrived. Not only that but I was in a walking boot due to surgery and the counter clerk took the time to carry my order to my car. Above & beyond!
