The customer service is terrible. Very MAGA. I ordered $40 of cookies and the owner LOUDLY and with lots of DRAMA like she was putting on a show refused to give me a single napkin but instead repeatedly told me to go to the dollar store. She seemed like a narcissist with a race problem. She actually stopped her employee from giving me any napkins. It was silly. She was way over the top. No one even thanked me for my purchase.

Great selection, very clean store, and fantastic staff. Walked in yesterday looking for a last minute cookie cake and was done beautifully on 15 minutes. Staff is so friendly. Prices are great compared to the other cookie stores I've been too, and the cookies taste great!

We needed last minute birthday cookies with icing! Thankfully they had what we needed.
They are always so helpful and go above and beyond with their customer service. One example, I was pregnant and walked over from eating dinner at a local restaurant to see if they were open. They were closed but saw me (and my baby bump) outside and opened up to ensure my craving was satisfied. How sweet is that?!

These cookies are yummy! If you don't like a lot of frosting don't get frosting because they are loaded & I don't like how their frosting tastes.
