Foie Gras is duck. Ducks that have been force fed until their livers are full of fat. Thank you Edmond, OK for abusing animals!

We have been to fait maison in the past and we keep returning because it seems to get better each time. Last night, six of us had dinner for my birthday with good friends and family. We all had the fixed menu; two asked for “no seafood”. The chef accommodated this substitution with no problems, as a matter of fact, one of the “no seafood” substitutions was a truffle risotto which was amazing. We also added the wine pairing and the cheese course. The sommelier explained each wine and showed the region with a lighted map. Pairings were perfect. Each course of the menu was remarkable. In addition the service was impeccable. After the dinner, the chef came out and greeted us all and talked about the food and his background. Overall, this was a 5 star dinner across the board. One of the top 10 dinner experiences in my life. Best in OKC.

Great place to eat good food and have an amazing experience. My wife and I did the 5 course meal with wine pairing. Staff was incredibly attentive and informative about the wine and food. The menu was comprised of dishes i normally wouldn’t order but all tasted great with unique flavors you won’t find elsewhere. Will be back to try other dishes they offer.

4.5 we love this place for special occasions. Food and service is always amazing. The literal only drawback is a a slight sewer smell at times. Maybe it’s the building. Hoping there is a fix! Otherwise amazing!

By far the most elegant and classy place I have ever tried. I got to meet the chef and talk to the owner. I was fortunate to attend an dinner with a friend that was writing an article on this beautiful restaurant and how it all began. I got to hear they met and how he moved here to bring his French cuisine and beautiful knowledge with us. I had the pea soup as one of my appetizers and never in my life did I think I could enjoy a pea soup so much. Insanely savory and leaves you craving more. The entire meal was a meal to remember for so many reasons. If you have a chance to experience this place, do not pass that up. It will be the experience of a lifetime for you and your tastebuds! haha. I look forward to experiencing it again one day. Keep up the great work, you're a true treasure here in Oklahoma!

Wonderful celebrating my wife and I’s birthday! Shane was a wonderful host and guided us through the menu and Alex assisted with the wine selection. Compliments to all the staff that made this a wonderful evening.

Incredible tasting menu and wine pairings plus history and location in France where all the wines originated and more. Extravagant experience, perfect food and wine pairings, delicate dishes with unexpected twists, and beautiful presentation. We stayed over 3 hours, as is a tradition in Europe. Well worth the time and money as the staff worked feverishly to tend to our every need, answer all questions and meticulously prepare each dish. It was an honor to meet the chef and compliment him on the dishes and presentation. We have experienced tasting menus from all over the world— who knew Oklahoma would have one of the very best?

absolutely snobby service and food DID NOT meet the expectations of the price and quality. i don’t usually review places and give terrible feedback like this but this resteraunt is not worth a CENT of your money.

i’ve traveled to france, spain, mexico, etc etc. and have gone to resteraunts w michelin stars or from chefs w michelin stars like david muñoz, elena reygadas and have experienced nice restaurants in these countries and cheap bistros that are better than this.

it goes to show that just because the food and restaurant presents itself as fancy doesn’t mean the food will be great.

Took my husband here for his birthday, it was our first time dining here and it was absolutely lovely. I had the Maine lobster and it was to die for, while my husband had the Wagyu which he really enjoyed. My first time trying escargots as well, simply delicious! The house old fashion was incredibly smooth, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t care for whiskey. Would absolutely return, even just for the coffee, which was some of the best coffee I’ve ever had in my life.
