We dined in the other night. The manager Dylan was very nice and the pizza was great.

I’m not sure how this place has gotten so many bad reviews. I have nothing but good to say about this location. It’s a clean spacious environment, i’ve never seen a bug other than a fly in here and the cashiers i’ve met are very nice! I would recommend the Calzone for sure.

Staff was friendly, I paid for extra chicken on my pizza and got maybe a handful of chicken total plus it was undercooked, i didn'tcheck because i was in a hurry and didn't catch it until i got home...so if you want overpriced undercooked pizza with some hostile old guy looming over the employees enjoy yourself or at least make sure you double check your order before you leave... I did order a meatball sandwich and that came out pretty good but the old guy kills the vibe for sure

We have not had Falcone's in probably 5 years. It was exactly like I remembered. Delicious pizza!

Honest review. USED to be the best around. Im speaking for the edmond location only right now. Im a weekly patron, the past 2 months have been a hige decline. Tonight was the final straw. The dough was dense and almost a cracker consistency. Absolutely no outer crust. Got a meatball parm as well. Bread was stale..not over baked, stale. The plain cannolis were soggy. Chocolate covered cannolis were literally burnt shell, covered with fake chocolate. Tiramisu was frigin hard and SOUR. Even the house salad had old lettuce! Thecaprese salad... man the mozzarella smelled tainted.. threw it out. Seriosly, i hope the original store maintained its quality. Edmond is worse than little ceasars at this point. Incredibly disappointed. As a New Yorker , I used to truly love this place. Management should be ashamed of the quality. $58 wasted, but my fault for keep giving them a chance. Its ashame.

I've been a regular since the place opened and watching its gradual decline in service has been heartbreaking. The once friendly and talkative staff have been replaced by people who act like your mere existence is a major inconvenience to them as they have to take your order now instead of continue to idle on their phones. Food has become lacking at best, so be sure to cherish the rare occasion you get something good because inconsistent is an understatement. Last and possibly worse, you see the reviews about roaches and think its a one time thing until one scampers across your table while you eat.

Overall, if you enjoy being nickel and dimed for gambling on your dinner being at least edible and a staff with the friendliness of a brick wall, I have the place for you!

I usually enjoy Falcone’s, but this is the second time I’ve gotten a dried-out slice that tasted more like cardboard with sauce than actual pizza. It was a Friday night, and the pizza clearly had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long definitely not what you expect when grabbing a slice to go.

We also had to ask for our garlic knots to be remade, which didn’t help the experience. I get that it gets busy, but leaving food under heat lamps for too long really defeats the point of quality and freshness.

I use to have great experiences at this place but after their manager walked out their service has tanked their food quality has diminished theres roaches on their tables so you can guess they're in the food too small businesses are up against it these days so i try to understand but i only ordered here as they offered everyone at my place of work 25% off i came in after ordering today and they changed it to 10% so i can assume new manager just wants more money despite the previous manager mentioning we're so slow no one comes in please use your discount so we have business. i dont play games theres too many places to order food from pissy 20 year olds. i miss the old manager and i hardly remember his name but ill always think of him with respect and adoration but i will not return to this location.

I really liked falcones when I was a kid but sadly this location was a disappointment. The girl at the counter was rude and unprofessional. She stared at her phone the entire time we ordered and I’m sure she gave me the worst slice available because I didn’t tip. She also didn’t hesitate to tell us to have a good day in the crappiest tone possible. Makes me sad.

I don’t know why this place isn’t crazy busy! The atmosphere is great and they have plenty of space to host lots of people! The mozzarella sticks are to die for and the pizza was amazing! I love a NY style pizza, and they did it right!

I came in after cleaning my car next door to grab a quick slice of pizza and was met by smiling faces and great pizza. Prices are great, I got a single slice that was huge and two drinks for under 8$. The staff noticed I was sweating profusely after finishing waxing my car and they even came to my table and asked if I would like the fan turned up. Top tier service and food! Thank you so much Falcone's!
