Second time ordering this with co-workers. First time we didn't get BBQ sauce on our sub even though its supposed to come on the sub and we didn't request any changes to the sandwiches. This time I ordered a different sub, was supposed to have mushrooms on it, came with about 5 slices of mushrooms, sandwich was mostly tomato and lettuce. My co-workers both complained about very little BBQ sauce on theirs, but at least they got BBQ sauce this time. This location seems to be getting pretty chintzy with the toppings.

I’m honestly so impressed with everything about this location. They opened the door for us, gave me an extra pickle when I seemed excited for one, constantly asked how we were doing, picked up our trays, and the food was great!!!!

Went here about 10:30 am. Food great as always. Friendly staff. Place was extremely dirty. In the men's restroom and main dining area. We visited here on more than one occasion and has always been clean. Hopefully just an outlier. Love the NY steamer

Firehouse subs is a solid sandwich ? option love the meatball subs and my favorite is the steamer filled with pastrami and corned beef. Good sandwiched at a decent price.

Tonight was my very first night to ever eat here I usually go to Subway because I thought it was cheaper actually your prices are right on and pretty cheap too and the sandwiches are much bigger and way better I will be coming here more often and the service is outstanding very friendly people I will be back again

Best damn sub I ever had. I usually go to Jersey Mikes across the street but will come here more often. Everyone was polite, greeted when I walked in and wished me a good day when I left. Lots of smiles made me feel welcome. I was there for less than 10 minutes but they genuinely made my day better.

Worse place ever to try and work for i am a single mom..looking for a job. The young manager had me waiting for days after telling me he could work with me Im very upset he lead me on like I had the the Job then told me no very disappointed i wouldn't eat here or work here if they are gonna be so misleading...very poor service at this location rude very uncomfortable atmosphere I will never recomend this place
I came by tonight ordered an italian on wheat no mayo/mustard. Got home with a ham and bacon on white. Not sure what happened here but yall 100% botched my order and i wasted $15.00 and had to go way out of my way. Its 9:53pm and if i head back now yall will be closed so im stuck with what i got. I Dont like mayo so i am not going to eat this.

Food was fine, service was fine except the way the female manager was treating her staff was unbearable to watch. I was disgusted by the way her staff was simply trying to wash dishes and she yelled and did it herself.
