Went in 15 minutes after placing my order; said it’d be done in 8-12 minutes. Then when I arrived the order hadn’t even been started as I watch them cook it all and say theyre only waiting on fries. Then one of them made the shake on the order before any of the food was done. Will not be returning. Attempted to call the store twice and nobody picked up as well.

No complaints about the food, but come on, it's burgers and shakes! Prices are stupid high for what you get. Patties are tiny thin, and fries are too. I personally think Whataburger is just as good and 1/2 to 2/3rds the price.

The burger and fries were good as usual. However, I had total sticker shock. It was over $20 for a burger, small fries, and a small drink. The small fries were almost $6. Will probably be a while before I'll go back only because of the costs.

My first time in I walked out when I saw prices. Was $20for a burger, fries and drink. Could have had a steak diner at Texas Roadhouse for that price.

Most employees, particularly the male employees, are too good in their own head to write down instructions when I ask for special cooking instructions like well done. They say “ok” and it never comes out that way. This location is notorious for undercooking the fries, 3 separate visits in a row I had to ask for them to be remade and actually cooked through. Wasteful. I don’t want a concession - I want my insanely overpriced order to be done right the first time. I’m fine asking it to be fixed once but why does it require me to ask twice every visit?

If you eat burgers and you haven't been to Five Guys yet, you are doing life wrong my friend. Easily one of the best burger chains in America, maybe the best even. My partner and I came to this location 40 min before close which we hate doing but.. it's Five Guys. These employees were so nice, they talked music and jokes with us. The girl who made my milkshake was such a sweetheart. Im glad my boyfriend lives close to this location, I really liked the employees. And the food I mean... 10 out of 10 as usual. Their prices have reached up to $13-$15 per burger, not including side or drink... bleh... but I'd pay up to $20 for their burgers, my boyfriend would too.
