I came here for the first time with my family. We had a party of four. We called ahead because we knew it would be busy and the wait time was an hour so we got ready and wasted some time and then showed up.
We did have to wait a little bit longer when we got there, but we got a table Fairly quickly. They served us at the bar while we waited.
when we sat down we were talking and having a good time our server. Chey Was phenomenal. She was very friendly very kind and put up with me and my family being crazy and funny. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is to die for
we sat right in front of where the cooks are and it was Amazing to see them work so hard and for the food to come out tasting phenomenal!
The kitchen manager knows exactly what he’s doing. The cooks were busting their a$$e$ and we barely had to wait for our food
They work hard annd all did a great job!
The food was great!
literally five out of five on everything. I definitely recommend this place!
Come here because the wait is worth it.

Baffling interior setup. Lengthy dining hall high tables crammed into the restaurant, compounded by huge party sizes. Watched a group of 20+ standing inside saying “goodbyes” one Sunday for almost 10 minutes before they finally cleared outside and allowed staff to bus their tables.

Bar seating outside has a massive fan blowing point blank onto customers, which we had to request they turn off several times (yes, they turned it back on after a few minutes).

This particular location was fantastic!!! Now I’ve been to the other locations but as far as service, communications, and food, all combined, they definitely have “Restauranting” down! My son wanted to pay for his meal and our waiter made it so easy for him to use his card and learn how to fill out receipts and tip. He just made it so effortless and I am so appreciative because some people make learning money a difficult process for kids! Even all three of the managers were just very attentive and focused on quality, even though we waited an hour from the time we sat down to the time we got our food, the process was seamless and again the communication was A1.

Kid-friendliness: As long as my kids are happy, I’m happy and my kids went home and went straight to sleep! job well done.

Ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich. Not sure what I received. It was basically breakfast ham dipped in a batter and pan fried, the jam tasted spoiled.

We stopped by, on a whim, for breakfast. It was a week day, mid-morning, not very many customers present, so we were seated right away! The vanilla latte was delicious. Even my non-coffee drinking husband thought it was good! The menu has so many yummy sounding dishes! Eggs ? a nice variety of pancakes ? like blueberry streudel, bananas ? foster, strawberry ? dream! They also have lunch items. All the food is made from scratch on site...and it tastes wonderful! So flavorful! Would recommend Hatch for breakfast or lunch! Waitstaff told me that weekends can be up to 1 hour wait times...still a great place to eat!

Kid-friendliness: They have a small children's menu with kid friendly items

New location same perfect food and service. The absolute best breakfast/ brunch I’ve ever had. Try the Chieftain’s Revenge. It will change your opinion of grits if you don’t already love them.
