I have been to the Rose Creek Homeland at least ten times in the past six months, and EVERY TIME I am met with empty shelves, expired produce, and overpriced items. I could handle one of those three, but ALL THREE of those? Come on y’all…

I’ve come on different days and different times, hoping, praying for it to be a better experience because it’s so dang close to my house. I should have gotten pictures each time I’m there because it’s truly comical how bad it is.

I have no idea what is going on at this Homeland but I will now be driving ten minutes further to literally any other grocery store.

Save your time here and keep driving.

The store is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Don’t bother - they’re out of so many things you’ll have to make a second stop.

Homeland Stores offers a consistently clean and well-maintained grocery shopping environment. Customers can expect a pleasant experience due to the store's dedication to tidiness and organization. The selection of products is presented in an orderly and accessible manner, enhancing ease of shopping. This commitment to cleanliness contributes significantly to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Like others have said, empty shelves are getting really old. Overall it's an excellent store with a decent selection and good service but what good is a grocery store that's always out of groceries.

Did a pickup order for $220 worth. Picked it up, got home and only have of products were there. Got on the app, and it said they were out of stock so I received $100 of the groceries I ordered. I would have preferred to have been notified of the out of stock so I can not have to make another trip. The lack of communication is just crazy to me.

This stores shelves are always empty of things and never able get what you need when you need it. Rarely can you get everything you need in one stop going here

We are so tired of going to Homeland and finding the shelves empty! We’ve been shopping here since the opening and it’s always the same. This is the final straw, we’re not going back.
No matter what time of day, day of the week, month, or year the shelves are empty store wide.
It doesn’t matter what it is we need to get. From eggs- to salsa, bread and nuts. Whatever we need is always out of stock. The entire store is empty. We may find one or two items, but we end up leaving without any thing because we need to go somewhere else to get everything we need.
We’re not sure if they are having money issues or lack of help.
Drive the extra few minutes to Crest and get what you need and they also have a better variety.
It maybe employee owned, but they need to do a better job at ordering and stocking the shelves.
We’ve inquired several times to the “ employee owners” why the shelves are bare and no one can ever give us an answer. They only reply we get is “ I know!”

I was ill the other day and placed door dash order. The majority of the items I needed were out of stock. The dasher told me that she asked one of the employees if there was something in the back. She reported to me that they were rude to her.

Shelves need to be restocked a little more often it seems!

They never have milk. Of any kind. When they do, it’s expired. The prices are also higher than everywhere else. The worst dead and dying produce as well. I live in walking distance, so I keep trying it out. They burn me every time!!! Go somewhere else.

Shelves have been pretty empty the last few visits...

This place is a bait and switch. The price at the checkout is never what’s advertised on the shelf. Today I picked up a pizza on sale for $4.99 (non digital sale) and surprise surprise checkout scanned $5.99. Then I had to spend 10 minutes chase after a store clerk to get to corrected. Why the price is never right at this store ?!

I have been shopping at this store for a while. Today, I had a car incident ( embarrassing, my doing, and no one was hurt; I ran over the parking spot curb. Yea, I did mention embarrassing) The staff, young and older, tried hard to get my vehicle unstuck. They did so with such politeness, compassion, professionalism, and a super helpful attitude. All ended well!
I was humbled and appreciative for the help!! Their kindness and willingness to help needs to be celebrated! I am a thankful customer, especially to know that kindness exist at this store
