Me and my husband stopped here for our hour break, there were two women in there stressed the heck out. The card machine wasn’t working and they had a line of people trying to check out. I sat myself..turns out our waiter was the cook as well and the other girl was a cook and doing prep..tables were nasty no one was cleaning them so we left. Two stars because they had a little girl there as well, I can respect someone who is trying to work and feed her kid.

They don’t even try at this place management and employees sitting down. No manners whatsoever just close down if you’re not gonna even try to be polite. Also I ordered something and they didn’t even give me my whole order. Leftover stuff greasy and old. Very disappointing but worst is the manager just on her phone not even caring about the customer who is wasting there money here. Like I said if you’re not gonna even try close the store please

Ordered online thru Google. When I placed order I got response that it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes then drove up to pick order up. When I arrived to pick up the order they had no idea about it. They did start cooking my steak and I had to wait another 15 minutes. The problem is not with huddle house, the food was perfect, I had to pay Google a service fee for placing the order. Google worth billions of dollars. I want my 1 dollar back, if you can afford it. Do not buy Google stock, ceo making one million per day, and they cannot refund 1 dollar for bad service.

Not sure how the food is. Atmosphere is typical Huddle House. Service sucks. I sat at a booth for 15 minutes. Saw 2 servers. Never came to my table to take order or offer something to drink. Place was slow. Only 2 other tables had customers. There's a Cracker Barrel 2 paring lots away. Spend your money there.

Ordered online to safe time and skip the line. End of the story was that I've waited 45 minutes to get told that they don't have broiche buns and only some other cheese. I accepted the change and waited again for about 20 minutes. The bacon & fries were burned and the hamburger tasteless. Never ever again huddle

This restaurant was very empty and my wife and I sat down to order some food and we sat there for about 30 minutes before we got any service. The food I ordered was over cooked and hard to eat. My wife said that her food was good though.

This was the worst Huddle House I've ever eaten at. It took 35 minute to get food after ordering with 3 other parties in the restaurant. The food was so soaked with dirty grease it was inedible. The bacon was burnt actually black and the food came out 10 minutes apart from the first half of our party's order. The waitress was great and apologized but it was awful. What wasn't burnt came out cold.

The food is good. How ever if to work there make sure you are trained and know not to leave Intel you cash out your last table or you'll be like me not understanding why your manager cashed in tickets of tables that left. I came out looking like I stole and she came out smelling like a ?.

Food was not good at all, no flavor, plates and cup were dirty like they hadn't been washed. Save your money and time don't come here just go get gas station food it will taste better and be cheaper.

Well I was doing a 10hr reset, hoping to get a good meal, had a hour & half to kill so went inside the restaurant.I was at a both (it’s a seat yourself style) I was sitting there 40min & never was even asked what I wanted to drink.This place needs a major re-working in customer service

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They need Better Everything, ie; wait staff&cooks. I seated myself(fine), but to be overlooked because of Lack of communication between waitresses. Unacceptable! Then to wait almost an hour for food due to the waitress excuse; It's my fault, I forgot to put the order in. 1 customer, was very upset, as he walked toward the front by the kitchen, and could see his order just being put on the grill. He ordered after I did. WE BOTH LEFT! The cook proceeded to argue with the customer as if he was in the wrong. I WON'T BE BACK! I settled for gas station pizza?.

Manager had to cook for the first time in her life. 1 waitress employee 2 days, the other one employed 5 days. They were out of most things on the menu. We waited 2 hours for a pathetic breakfast. My fruit was fermented! The facilities were dirty, bathrooms were closed. Avoid this place!!!

Terrible service!!!! I asked the one waitress that finally came over after 20 mins to take our drink orders if they had steak and I gave her my drink order and the so called manager RITA brought my drink with no ice and a drink for my husband that I never ordered. I said you don’t have ice and she said most people don’t do ice in lemonade ?♀️I asked her for ice and she brought me 2 cups which I had to pour my own drinks and I mentioned to her that I was ready to order and she walks away. Now my husband has had time to walk out to our truck and grab our laundry and walk back in and she still did not take my order. My husband came to see if the washers were available and walked back as RITA decided to walk out if the restaurant to take a break and when she walked back in pass us my husband mentioned that we were ready to order as she completely ignored him. We waited a few more minutes and this is after I mentioned to her 3 times I was ready to order, he walks up to the counter after watching her completely ignore us and asked her if she was only one and he would like to order and my husband is not rude ever and she came around the corner raising her voice at my husband with all kinds of excuses of why she has not be over in front of at least 10/15 other people in there and that’s unacceptable in any form and uncalled for. I did call and make a formal complaint and hopefully they replace RITA with someone whom is worthy of a good tip as I do tip fairly well. I watched her yesterday do the same thing to others. I will not recommend this Huddle House to other drivers and we all know drivers have to eat. Need to say we walked out because if she would of kept raising her voice at my husband it may not of been good for her. EAT OUT IF THE TRUCKSTOP! This is the Huddle House in Flying J in Edmonton, Ok
