Food was better than most places. Just be sure and ask the prices of their liquor. Single pour of Eagle Rare was $32. They don't charge that at the Bellagio in Vegas. Whole bottle costs 60. That's a price you tell someone about up front. I paid and tipped regardless. Wasn't looking to ruin a young waitresses day. Won't return however.

My wife and I went here for a Friday lunch date, it was somewhat empty before the typical lunch rush. Once seated we were attended to very promptly a well taken care of. The size of the rolls comes in a tie for first to sapparo sushi in my opinion. Loved the hurricane roll and the shumai appetizer. Overall a great place that's close by, will definitely be going back.

Ok before we get into anything - please order the truffle king salmon appetizer, that's step 1! Step 2, try your best not to order the entire menu because the sushi here is so good! But that truffle king salmon guys...so GOOD. I love raw salmon in general, but raw salmon and some truffle soy sauce?! Soooo so good. Their rolls were good too! Super fresh, and great portions. We don't usually order noodles but we were feeling it that day so we got the fried udon and it was pretty good! Super filling and was delicious. They also have happy hour EVERY DAY (Yes, even on the weekends), so it is well worth the trip I promise! I got it for take out so only stepped in to observe the ambience for two seconds, but it seemed like a nice little spot. Service was quick and super friendly so we will definitely be back.

First time visiting Inaka. I was fairly happy with the experience and will be going back. We sat at the sushi bar but I think we will sit at the liquor bar next time since it seemed a little more happening. I had their Inaka roll which was excellent. They gave us free cucumber salad. I also expressed interest in a plate they sat on the sushi bar for another customer. Five minutes later they had free samples of it for both my wife and I. Very classy. I had their house sake and then some Nigori. Prices were in line with comparable sushi bars. Their saki menu was very limited but I never asked if they had any saki that was not on the menu. They may have more options and I will be asking next time I go there. Definitely give this place a try!
