This location always has people waiting 15 to 20+ minutes PAST pick up time for ANY order I’ve ever place including orders my brother had placed before.. not sure why it takes so long every single time but it’s ridiculous and unprofessional. They aren’t even busy half the time we have to wait.. make cookies and have them ready?? Not pleasant ordering from here! Looks to STILL be an ongoing issue too.. please improve.

I came to insomnia cookies for their deluxe caramel cookie and the worker had told me it would be a few minutes because they were baking. No problem right? I wait for the cookie and she says I should wait a few minutes because it’s hot. I go back to my car and wait a few minutes and when I finally pull it apart it falls to pieces and it’s raw, raw cookie dough. I go back in to see what’s going on with my cookie and she states that I had pulled it apart too quickly. She offers me another and I wait 15 extra minutes to make sure it’s “set” as she called it. I pull it apart in front of her and it’s still raw. She tells me that my original cookie was in fact undercooked but still said the new cookie was “how they are”. All I wanted was a cookie man. Not coming back.

For Gods sake can yall please just fire the blonde girl because she obviously doesnt want to be there and she is so rude and completely unfit for a job where you have to talk to customers on a constant basis. Multiple other people have complained about her and she makes the overall experience getting food there uncomfortable. I could go on about the handful of experiences i’ve had with this individual working at your store but i feel like the other reviews speak on it enough; the fact that there are reviews from a month or two ago talking about the same person is also a little disheartening.

Ordered through doordash and they were still warm by the time they got to me. I love insomnia cookies and they have never disappointed. Warm, soft and tasty. So glad to know there is one not too far from me.

I was eager to try some insomnia cookies today, so I chose to visit this location. As soon as I entered, a young woman with blonde hair was at the front register, sighing loudly, as if she was unhappy to see customers. I inquired about a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, and she rudely responded that there were no chocolate chip cookies available. How can a cookie shop not have chocolate chip cookies? I certainly do not recommend visiting this location unless you are looking for some attitude along with your cookies.

In search of a good chocalate chip cookie.

Warm by default. It was just a little over cooked, but didn’t get to that part where it was crunchy to eat.

Will go again.

The kids that work at this store are rude. They don’t acknowledge your existence when you walk in and don’t expect a thank you for your business or even a have a nice day. Just go to the one on Penn instead. They actually appreciate your business!

We used to like insomnia cookies and have had good experiences at other locations. But I wanted four peanut butter deluxe cookies and they said they only had two so it would be a 15 minute wait. I agreed and completed ordering and paying. 25 minutes later no one has communicated the status of our order or seemed to know who was filling it. We did eventually get the order after 30 minutes. One peanut butter cookie was older and hard. Three were fresh but also didn't have any of the Reese's sprinkled on top. Very disappointing to wait on and pay 5 dollars a piece for cookies that weren't even made to the minimum standard. We won't be back.

If u like cookies, this place makes good cookies, price is astronomical: 6 small cookies cost us $17! Silly if u ask me.

My friend and I showed up 45 mins before close to grab some cookies. The open sign was on, as well as all the lights. However, the door was locked and it took 10 mins for anyone to even come to the front. They turned the lights off, came outside, ignored us, and then proceeded to form a triangle around us to talk to each other. Then they left. Without a word, just stared at us. I feel as though they should stay open until the listed time on literally everything. Not 45-an hour before hand.

These guys are awesome!

I was first introduced to their cookies at the Midtown location, and they are delicious!

As the name suggests they are open late, so if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth late at night (and who doesn’t need to do that every once in a while?), they’ve got you covered!

They also have catering and delivery options if you need those as well!

The employee who helped us could not have cared less that we were there and obviously had better things to do. The cookies were supposed to go in gift bags but were all different sizes and a little hard which made things awkward, so we just went to Crumble cookie instead. The cookies were delicious.
