Not only has my boss and I have issues ordering from here but the last two times we ordered a pumpkin bowl, we’ve ordered it without the coconut whipped cream because I’m allergic to coconut…so both times I have been unable to eat the bowl :/ disappointing because I was really looking forward to trying it….

Overall the store was great. Yes it’s a small individually owned store and the owner is actually in store working and I have spoke to her, she struggles to get good reliable employees, with that being said support your locally owned businesses. Give it try!

They literally take almost 20 minutes per order when there's absolutely no traffic in the actual store it makes no sense

I was just there to get a smoothie and was really disappointed with how unsanitary this place was. The workers were touching dirty surfaces and then handling food and fruit with bare hands—no gloves, no handwashing. Hair wasn’t tied up, and one of them swept the floor with a broom and then immediately started chopping fruit. They also weren’t wearing proper kitchen attire. This place seriously needs a health inspection.

I usually always have a great experience here with no issues. The one time my experience was not a good one, the manager Megan, took care of things immediately. The problem was rectified and my encounters since have been great once more.

Well, haven't had Jamba in a long while, seen a location and decided to get a protein smoothie. Very disappointing, we get there, order, and wait for a very long time just for 2 peanut butter and banana protein smoothie. We get them, and get down the road before I tried it and of course, no peanut butter can be tasted and it had this really odd taste, but we were already down the road and didn't want to repeat the long wait, so we just threw them out. Will not be returning, jamba is gone unfortunately. All we have now is just some mediocre replacement

The night crew never knows how to make the smoothies correctly and never knows how to input for rewards. EVERYTIME I go in the day time it’s great, but anytime after 4 never ends well. $30 spent to waste
