Well, haven't had Jamba in a long while, seen a location and decided to get a protein smoothie. Very disappointing, we get there, order, and wait for a very long time just for 2 peanut butter and banana protein smoothie. We get them, and get down the road before I tried it and of course, no peanut butter can be tasted and it had this really odd taste, but we were already down the road and didn't want to repeat the long wait, so we just threw them out. Will not be returning, jamba is gone unfortunately. All we have now is just some mediocre replacement

The night crew never knows how to make the smoothies correctly and never knows how to input for rewards. EVERYTIME I go in the day time it’s great, but anytime after 4 never ends well. $30 spent to waste

Was my pretzel burnt? Yes. Was it the best pretzel I ever had despite that? Yes. Did the employee look like they hated their life and not want to be there? Yes. Do I want them to stay open and not shut down cause I don’t want to go in the mall to get a pretzel? Yes.

Sat in the line for 20 to 30 minutes, just to be given undercooked pepperoni nuggets and get food poisoning right after.

Rude employees. They opened late this morning so they did not have dough ready for my DoorDash order. I was fine to cancel the order but they were so rude about it.

This place had better service when they were located on 33rd St. Since they moved to 15th St, the service provided is not as good.

None of the employees should be on duty while they are sick. The girl that was working when I came in was coughing all over the place and wasn't covering her mouth. So nasty. I'm sad because as long as she's working there, I won't be back. Used to be one of my favorite spots.

To pay for a smoothie at 3:45 p.m. and then to have it handed to me at 4:05 p.m., woth 4 employees working... is shameful. The associate said, "I'm sorry it took me so long, I had a lot going on and couldn't find the non-dairy base." Which is interesting because my friend just ordered the identical smoothie and hers didn't take but 6 min to make? So either hers didn't have the non-dairy base in it or there is poor communication amongst the staff about where things belong.

Woah this was disappointing , looks like I’m not alone , but being an OKC 90s kid Jamba is a core memory . Super excited when I saw this combo , and I worked at Jamba all thru high school , anyways , the pretzel was charred black , the kids who work here weren’t very nice either . Won’t be back

I’ve been to this location three times and my experience was horrible every time! My pretzel was burnt 2/3 times. The inside was raw the third time.

$16 for a tiny smoothie, and pretzel dog bites that were burnt on the outside and still uncooked in the middle (had to double check if the pretzel dogs had cheese in the middle, the dough was completely raw and looked like a cheese sauce) ??
