Yesterday I called in an order for pickup, I asked for a plain Jane potato with everything on the side. Instead I received a plain Jane potato with butter, bacon, and a ton of green onions which just wasted the whole meal for me. Only got 1 side of cheese. On top of that they wouldn't take Payment over the phone. Super frustrating experience when you're recovering from surgery.

Jason’s Deli, especially on 33rd Street in Edmond, has REALLY Gone Downhill! I ordered a New York Yankee (pastrami & corned beef) and it was 85% corned beef when it’s supposed to be 50/50. I took the picture before taking a bite, but when I did I couldn’t even bite through the tough gristle on the pastrami, I promptly drove back up to the restaurant and showed them the sandwich and requested a refund. The manager refunded the “almost $20.00 sandwich” and said “it may take 5 days to show up on my card”. When I got home, my wife said the baked potato she ordered tasted “old”. 🤷🏻♂️ What do you do when your favorite restaurant “of old” can’t deliver good food anymore?

I wanted something healthier and easy on my digestive system for dinner, so my spouse and I went here. It was peaceful, quiet, and the service was great. They also had the cleanest ice and drink machine I have ever seen! I got the tuna salad on sourdough and it was the best tuna salad I've ever had. Great consistency, great flavor, and not too overpowering. The free ice cream machine is always my spouse's favorite which he said tasted wonderful as usual! I will have to start eating here more often.

I usually love this place but when we went the other day the food tasted bland. The next day both my sister and I got sick with upset stomach. And we had different items. Don't know what's going on. It'll be a while before returning.

The food is good here and I had great service up until my four year old had a melt down and it was suggested that I get my stuff in a to go container. There was another lady who assumed she was entitled to a kid free environment who I assume complained-which resulted in the manager telling me that they can pack my stuff up to go. I have a business degree and many years of customer service experience and I would NEVER suggest that a mother and her toddler leave due to a meltdown of a FOUR year old. If a customer complained to me that a toddler was melting down, I’d offer her a take out container. Take the kids menu off your menu, because honestly if you’re only going to offer them to well behaved children why bother. I paid the same price (probably more since I was feeding multiple children) as the lady who was complaining and I deserved some grace. I will be recommending that my friends and family avoid this location.
Prices have gone up and portion size reduced on fruit, nut and chicken salad.

Quality food is served by very nice young people. This is an affordable choice with healthy options. The Manager's Choice is my go-to. I have a half sandwich with soup, you could choose a garden salad if you like. Everything is fresh. The location feels like a cafeteria. A plus for us is available power outlets. We plug in my wife's oxygen concentrator and charge our phones while on an adventure. If we have been out shopping. This location is great. I've never found a bad one.

A solid spot for some solid comfort food!
I love everything here. Whether I’m in the mood for a sandwich, a cup of soup, or some pasta, they have me covered, and it’s all good!
I also love how they go out of their way to make their food healthy and as close to nature as possible!
They have banned many of the synthetic additives that may make food taste or look better, but they’re things we shouldn’t be eating.
By the way they don’t need any help from artificial additives to make their food taste great! It already does that on its own thanks to their skill in selecting the right ingredients and making everything the right way!
