I would give no stars if I could we just left from there and while we were ordering the girl with red hair was very rude when we were adding toppings. After we got our sandwich there was a hair so we went up to the counter and brought their attention asking for a remake of the same sandwich they then tried to cut the bread way to short and when we corrected them they got mad and started putting toppings on it I asked for extra tomatoes and she scoffed at me. I tried to keep my cool and just said thank you and smiled and she ignored and walked off. Her attitude was uncalled for and will not be back at this location.

I agree with Joseph Yakos comment, we have had the same experiences, especially at the end of the shift. The employees started putting everything away the last time I was there and didn't even ask me what I wanted on my sandwich before they did. My wife went tonight and it was an hour and a half before they closed and had an attitude from everyone except the guy that was there. Not a great customer experience, especially if you want repeat business. This location needs more professionalism or someone that can improve the customer service.

NEW REWVIEW after that girl with pink hair got fired that ruined the store for everyone. Chandler was super kind. Respectful and listened to my complex order. I even had him add extra stuff and he smiled and said no problem when it was my fault. Will be returning because of this gentleman.

Look I love Jersey Mike’s BUT if you are going to offer a Wednesday special of free chips & drink with sub purchase then HOW ABOUT YOU ACTUALLY OFFER IT TO ME WHEN I’M AT THE REGISTER!?!?!? Like what’s the point IF YOU ACT LIKE IT’S A SECRET!!!! Like how about you say “ma’am would you like your free drink & chips today with your sub?” How freaking hard is that!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!

Jersey Mike’s in Edmond is easily one of my favorite lunch spots. I always get the Philly cheesesteak, and it’s consistently hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor — the perfect balance of steak, melted cheese, and grilled peppers. What really sets this location apart, though, is how carefully they handle food allergies. My wife has celiac disease and always orders her sandwich on the gluten-free bread. She’s eaten here many times and has never gotten sick, which says a lot about how seriously the staff takes cross-contamination. They change gloves, clean the prep area, and make sure everything stays safe. The gluten-free bread also tastes great — soft, not crumbly like most places. Between the friendly service, the attention to detail, and the quality of the food, Jersey Mike’s Edmond has definitely earned our trust and repeat business. Highly recommend it to anyone, especially those needing gluten-free options!
Not very many options. Food was not professionally prepared. The employee made the customers sandwiches before mine with all kinds of sauces and then dud not even clean up afterwards and put my bread right in all the nasty sauces. I had to say something to the employee. Then I was treated shortly.

This is a great sandwich place. They have hot and cold subs with various choices. The workers are friendly and they know the menu which helps when you want to try a different sub. The famous Philly is excellent. Also recommend the brownies. Lunchtime is usually quite busy but don't worry, they have a system that works that gets you through in a timely manner. We were quite surprised how well it went. Dinner isn't as busy. We only have one negative about this place.....please don't pull your ice tea so early! They have great ice tea. But if you go to dinner here at 7, the ice tea gets pulled by 7:30. Not good. How about asking the customers if they are drinking ice tea before it's pulled? Or waiting till 8 pm? Also, wish his place was bigger and had more seatings. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼
