I just ordered a 7 in sub TO GO. I had to ask for silverware, napkins, a bag... they put peppers on it which I can not have and when I carried it out the oils leaked out of the box/bag all over my car and clothes. Very frustrating! Do better. Your food is great.

It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I go into this location, the coworkers are always unpleasant and put out by their simple job. It seems that asking for separate containers for the oil and vinegar sets them over the edge every single time! You chose this job, be mad at yourself, not the customers!

Food is always good at jersey mikes. This location needs to figure it out in terms of cleanliness. Most of the staff is solid, but there’s a short-haired female with glasses making the sandwiches that is completely dismissive of the customer. Luckily, I knew what I was doing when it came to ordering what I want, but multiple people in front of me seemed a bit confused about the process, and she was annoyed and did not help them decide anything. She never smiled one time. She never asked me what I wanted she just looked at me And expected me to tell her exactly what I wanted. Not a good luck and pretty disappointing.

The store was filthy with Flys on the meat cutter. The server kept the same gloves on after talking on the phone, handling the turkey, cheese, bread trey, and other meats. They prepared my sandwich on the countertop without cleaning the prior sandwiches off.
