The manager working by himself, I think he said his name was Luke, went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. Not only is he funny, he is quick and made a great sandwich.

When you walk into a restaurant and the “manager” is on the phone with her friend and raises the ticket without saying anything and I nod, “yes”. She bags it and hands it to me still on the phone. The only time she says “hey girl, I gotta go. I’ll call you later” was when I was asking her a question about a promotion through my email and her answer “well a lot of people have asked about it and I don’t know how to do it” and then I ask for the manager and with attitude she says back “I am the manager” then I asked where I could call to find out how to claim the promotion she goes “well I guess you can call corporate”. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and flat out disrespectful. People spend a lot of money on a fast food sandwich just to be greeted (or the lack of being greeted) and not even courteous. She was on shift at 3:20pm. If the owner happens to read this, I’d be happy to discuss since I would hope this isn’t the way you want your customers treated that puts money in your pocket for your living.

I have been here before and honestly it wasn’t the best impression. However, the worker at the time showed they were putting some effort in getting everything done while helping customers… well this time was far from pleasant. The worker there asked if we wanted to make an order then proceeded to ignore us once we said we were. We attempted to talk to her, asking about the menu but she only ignored us to focus on making sandwiches. After much effort, she finally acknowledged that we were there. I can only assume that she was super high off of drugs with how slow she was with her movements and reactions. Either way, she eventually got to a customer before us(we waited for roughly 10 minutes by then and he was sitting there waiting long before we got there!) then asked for our order. Once getting home, we are disappointed to see that we only got 3 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese on bread. So not worth the $10 plus we spent!

What a failure. I have ordered from this location so many times, hoping I would have a better experience. However, every time I order, I am disappointed. Today, I ordered a veggie sandwich. Nearly no veggies were present. My husband's beach club had more vegetables than my veggie sandwich. Maybe now I have learned my lesson.

We ordered online at 6:15p on a Tues. Only 2 sandwiches. Bread was flattened and refrigerator stale, lettuce fridge wilted and tomatoes slimmy. One sandwich was made incorrectly. How do you serve crappy sandwiches, when that is what you are known for? I will never waste another dime at Jimmy Johns. Yuck!

Got here and after waiting 13 minutes a lady walks in says how kind are yall gonna take I just put a pickup order in and I have to get back to work and they isntantly started working on hers, hers was the next one to come out like there aren’t 10 other people waiting…literally said slip hers to the front and she said thanks John pretty sure they know each other is that how to run a store though and my table was also broken and my friends sandwich didn’t have cheese in it

To the owner. Get your ass to work or hire more help for your employees who do show up. They shouldn't have to tell clients there's a "long wait". Freaky fast- not so much.

I'm pretty sure I had contacted listeria from eating thier Gargantuan. They say they don't use Boars Head meats. But let's say for instance you're in a pinch and you need some good quality meats cause you just happen to run out and your supplier can't get any to you until next delivery... where do you go to get quality meats? To the deli of coarse, nearest deli Target on 2nd ill just grab a few pounds of that Boars Head dysentery flavored meat you got there please....dotodotodo "hey I'm back I got the meats" .. "okay that's great just toss it in with the rest and let's get started making sandwiches again," "okay here you go sir sorry about that, thanks for coming in, enjoy your bathroom break every 2 to 4 minutes"... with that being said it wasn't a pleasant weekend for me. Being crowned porcelain king over the sewage kingdom doesn't SIT very well with me. No thanks to JJ and his dysentery sandwiches.

Ordered a totally tuna and they forgot my cucumbers… Pretty frustrating considering how simple that sandwich is. Is there way I can get a coupon or something as compensation? I’m back at work now and I don’t have time to drive back to JJ’s for the cucumbers.

I love their veggie sub, and while I still miss the days they offered alfalfa sprouts (those were soooo good!), their sandwiches are still fantastic!
Don’t miss the tongue-in-cheek marketing at this location!
I feel like that’s something that made Jimmy John’s famous, but not all the locations do it anymore. This one does, and I think it’s hilarious!
The guys behind the counter were very friendly as well asking about how my day was going while they were fixing my sandwich.
