Moved here from Midwest city who’s location is awesome. This location isn’t great. The first time I ordered I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time not so much all the ingredients are somehow warm and the bread isn’t but it’s hard as a rock on the bottom. The ingredients have also tasted off both times so I’m really not sure what’s going on. Gonna try to the other location in Edmond cause I do love jimmy John’s but don’t go to this location.

I stopped by this Jimmy John’s yesterday with an unusual request. I asked if they could prepare a deconstructed sub so I could assemble it at home and enjoy it fresh. After a little initial hesitation from one of the employees in the slicing area, the cashier understood what I was trying to do. A very kind young woman with a beard then carefully wrapped each component of my Vito sandwich into three separate packages. I genuinely appreciated the care she put into honoring my request.

Food is always great. They are always busy and need more workers to keep up with all of their in house and to-go orders. I waited nearly 15 minutes for one sandwich.

I’d give this place a zero if I could. This location used to be really good. Key word is used to be. It just went downhill. They don’t have delivery drivers anymore. They use Uber Eats now to deliver sooo if you want to pay cash they’ll cancel your order if you order on their app. Plus they always don’t give you your drink. I ordered toasted show up cold and hard as a rock. With no drink again. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but they keep messing it up. Save your money or go to a different one.

If you’re feeling lucky, this Jimmy John’s might be the thrill you’re after—because ordering here is like spinning a roulette wheel. After multiple visits, I’ve learned to expect the unexpected: wrong toppings, missing ingredients, and sometimes a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. It’s not just an occasional slip-up—it’s a pattern.

Consistency is supposed to be the hallmark of a franchise, but this location seems to have missed that memo entirely. I’ve given them several chances, hoping for improvement, but each time feels like a gamble with my lunch. Unfortunately, the house always wins—and I’m left disappointed.

Out of all the Jimmy John’s I’ve tried, this is hands-down the worst. If accuracy and reliability matter to you, steer clear. There’s nothing “freaky fast” about having to double-check your order every time.

The crew here are absolutely FANTASTIC and give out perfect service every time no matter what, love them! However, There seems to be no AC at this location. It felt close to 90 degrees both times I have entered in the last 2 weeks. In the middle of summer this cannot be a good working environment at all in the slightest and there seems to be no haste or worry to get this fixed. Despite this everyone in there does their best to deliver quality service even though it’s too hot to even entertain eating inside, much less work for hours in there. Further more, people in my friend group have gotten food poising after eating here. I worry that the high internal temperature is making food temperature control hard to maintain. I love this place so I really hope this can get addressed promptly, not only for the workers, but your customers as well.

Everyone in the store was so wonderful, food was delicious. I have zero complaints about service, everyone was sweet, fast, and great. THAT BEING SAID: The store was insanely hot. I doubt they have AC. I came in during a rush, and everyone was swimming in sweat. It’s the middle of summer- there is NO reason it should be this hot in the store. I almost want to call the labor board just to ask if this is legal. This is just asking for someone to get heatstroke!!!

Incredible location the General Manager is more qualified to manage than any person ive worked with in multiple jobs and careers ive had and the sandwiches are incredible, fast and high quality!
