First off they only had enough bread for one sandwich left at 5:45pm. Second they charge more than the menu board states. The favorite combo is advertised at $11.99, yet they charge $12.29. When I brought it up the worker said oh well. Worst Jimmy John's around. Makes me hate the place.

We ordered food 2 hours before closing to be delivered. As soon as we placed it we got a call saying it would be 45 minutes tell we would get the food because they are making bread. We called after an hour passed and got told the bread just finished. We got a message our order was out for delivery and waited 20-30 minutes and never got our order. We called them and was told they couldn’t contact the driver or anything to figure out where our food was at. We also where told they couldn’t refund us because of something with there system. We never got a refund for the food we never received. (Note the driver is through them)

A few weeks ago a couple of mistakes were made on a takeout order, I was given a credit towards my next visit. Today I chose to use that credit. We could not locate the credit I was given. Despite the information not being available for credit I was given, the kind staff still chose to allow me the credit for my order. Thank you again!

What a huge disappointment this JJ's location is!!!! We ordered 3 chicken Caesar wraps, 2 with no tomato & 1 with no tomato & no croutons. EVERY SINGLE WRAP had tomato's AND 2 of the wraps had regular plain tortillas and 1 was some kind of special tortilla with maybe herbs or something in it!!! Weird. I've gotten this wrap at other locations and every single time it's been made with romaine lettuce that is the size of pieces you would use in a salad!!!! This time they used shredded lettuce, yuck !!!!!! My husband ordered the #9 Italian add Dijon mustard. We don't eat at JJ's often, in fact it was my husband's first time. He read the sandwich description and asked the gentleman taking our order about what all would be on this sub. The worker stated oil & vinegar. So again, my husband asked to add Dijon mustard. When his sandwich came it had mayonnaise!!! So they had to remake 2 of our sandwiches out of 5 and on the 3rd I just picked out the unwanted items. Btw, it wasn't super busy. I checked our receipt, our order was wrong up properly!!!! So whoever you have making the sandwiches needs some training!!!! We will not be back!!!!

Bad. Bad. Bad.Did I say bad? I’m sorry. But as soon as I walked in the door there was this god awful smell. I should have turned around and left with that alone.. SERIOUSLY! Walked to register, did not get greeted - that didn’t really matter to me, but I’ve never had Jimmy John’s before so when I went to look at the menu, I felt rushed (no other customers behind me waiting). As I was in the middle of talking to the cashier about what I wanted to eat, another employee interrupted to talk non work stuff and the cashier actually stopped our conversation to talk to them ?. This was the 2nd red flag to where I should have left. I ordered 4 regular sized sandwiches and one kids meal. Spent $40+ ?. Sat down to wait for the order - tables were dirty.Now my order is ready I drive home (25 min)… and EVERY. SINGLE. SANDWICH… made incorrect/random sandwich. Never got the kids meal stuff ?‍♀️Now… MY STOMACH IS SICK ? literally… ?Will never visit another Jimmy John’s again.

What a disgusting location, literally and figuratively. Ordered a sandwich at 8pm, arrived a little over 20 mins later and they hadn't even started it. Mind you, it's dead empty, no customers and 3 staff members standing around. The lady making my sandwich doesn't have great personal hygiene, and what's more is she kept touching her face and hair while making the orders. What's the point of gloves if you touch all over yourself with them? Additionally, the gloves she had on, she had on before I even came in. Who knows when they were last changed... IF they were ever changed. The store STINKS of dirty diaper and old mop water. Is it the staff, is it a plumbing problem? Why are we even having to try to figure it out? When I got home, I found that the icing on the crap cake was one of her hairs was in the middle of my sandwich. Additionally, she forgot the cheese and there were literally only 2 slices of meat on the sandwich... not exaggerating about this at all, it was literally lettuce and bread.I REALLY try to reserve my 1 star reviews, but wow... this location earned one of the most deserving 1 stars I've ever given. In every category it was atrocious. I literally threw the sandwich in the oven to cook off any germs/bacteria that it may have had and after all that, ended up just throwing most of it away anyway. I couldn't do it.Part of the reason I am so frustrated is that this location has ALWAYS had some sort of problem - for years. The time before this visit, the store owner was in. Him, his wife, and the staff there were all scrambling trying to prepare for a large group order that was set for delivery. The chaos that I saw and the fact they made me sit and wait for them to get it all figured out before they even started my sandwich - that I had ordered before I left OKC - showed me all I needed to know.Shame on me for ever thinking this location deserves another chance. Look through these reviews, there's nearly 15 years worth of the same problems.Make the drive to another location, or just make a sammich yourself. This isn't worth the time/money/frustration.

The food was okay. I had three requests, they didn’t meet one of them. I asked for a pickle, asked for oil and vinegar on my sandwich and I ordered a cookie…. I got none of them and charged for all of them. Not a great start….The food preparation area looked crowded and dirty. The dining room was very dirty and almost all the tables were covered in crumbs, trash and drink drippings. Way too many people working and standing around for the restaurant to be as dirty as it was… There is no excuse. I have worked in leadership positions before and I would have fired the manager this last Sunday. C’mon guys! Try just a little.

How is this worth $8+? I've been to this location before and had reasonable sandwiches, but this is a joke. There's hardly anything on the sandwich.Hilariously, the link takes you to a broken form. What a worthless company.
