Online orders have consistently taken forever! Still waiting on my food that I ordered over an hour and a half ago. They just say they are busy with no remedy. It’s wild to pay $80 for some sandwiches and wait all night for them.

Placed a order for pick up, because I didn't want a strange driver or person to have access to my food, picked up as soon as it was listed as ready, but they had placed food on a shelf near door so every person around can breathe on or otherwise melest the food, had already paid for the unsafe food I can't eat.

Big shout out to manager James at the store on Memorial in Edmond. I picked up a call in order for a work meeting lunch for 30 people and realized one sandwich was missing. I called and spoke to James and he offered to deliver the missing sandwich! I truly appreciate him going above and beyond! Great customer service!!

Don’t go to this location unless for have 20-25 minutes to wait for your food to be made. I’ve cancelled delivery orders that took over an hour as well as walk in orders that took over 20 minutes. I guess they no longer claim to be “freaky fast”, their old slogan, but now you better have called your order in an hour before you want to eat otherwise you’ll be waiting. And waiting.

The food here is great and the staff does a great job keeping everything straight even when they’re busy.
I was here the other day to grab lunch before I went to an open house I was hosting, and while the store was crowded and the wait time was longer than usual, everyone behind that counter was working hard to make sure we were served as quickly as possible, and they stayed polite and professional the whole time!
(Bonus points for getting my order right as well, and naturally I just had to come back for another sandwich later in the week!)
Keep it up, guys, and thank you again!

Food was average for jj's, one employees entirely family was loitering the store for my entire visit yelling across the store standing around in the way trying to go behind the counter, very unprofessional.
