Food good. Prices fine. Service, meh. I don’t know why I keep coming back. It’s probably not the employees fault, but they are often understaffed leading to long wait times. I’ve also received more than one sandwich missing half the ingredients that are supposed to be on it. Perhaps today will be my last visit.

Order to have delivery, called after an hour and they told me that they were not doing delivery. No phone call, nothing. They just voided my order and didn’t bother to tell me! They were like oh I thought someone called you. Order again, went up there and had to wait nearly 30 min for my order. No sorry for your wait, nothing. Just terrible. They are not freaky fast, they need to stop advertising!

Freaky SLOW. I sometimes order delivery through the app. I know I have to order by about 11:20am to get it by noon, despite being close by. Today I placed the order at 11:39 because I got tied up and couldn’t order earlier. It took an hour and ten minutes to get it. There’s no way to cancel the order on the app, and if you call to get an update, they won’t answer their phones. My friends tell me it’s very slow when you order at the store, too, but at least you aren’t paying an additional delivery fee for it to take twice as long as it should. This was the last straw for me. I won’t be ordering from this store anymore.

It took 1hr and 45min for two sandwiches and a loaf of bread.One had tomatoes after we asked for no tomatoes.The loaf didn't even arrive. They also forgot our drinks.We live not even a mile away, and they weren't busy.

Today was my very first experience at Jimmy Johns! I ordered the jalapeño wrap! It was amazing! Service was amazing and fast! The store was very nice and clean! The manager Lisa is doing an amazing job!! I will definitely be back!

This use to be my favorite sandwich place but lately they never get my orders right. Literally nothing we ordered was correct today and they are definitely not freaky fast anymore either. Location is a half mile from me and it was 30 mins to get my order and then it was wrong so very disappointed.

Food is fine, but VERY inconsistent service. Sometimes they are quick to take and make orders (as advertised) but more often than not I’ve had to stand in line for 10+ minutes and wait as much as 20 minutes for my food. Sometimes I’m in and out in under 15 min but too frequently they are understaffed and very slow. Tables also should be cleaned more often than they actually are but the store is generally clean. Hey Jimmy John’s, here’s a tip: if you pay people properly then you won’t have a staff shortage and you could give your customers the experience that you built the brand on!!

This store deserves a royal -15, it is quite impeccable how incompetent the employees are in this store. Especially when all you're doing is making subs. On 08/14/2023 I placed a curbside pick up for this location. On the app I indicated I arrived , we then proceeded to wait 15 minutes until I got out and entered the store. I was not greeted or acknowledged at that matter. I asked for my drinks while I wait for my order to be prepared they then proceeded to tell me my order was made and waiting. They advised me the reason they did not bring my order out to my car was because they were out of CO2 and could not make my drinks. I then asked well why wouldn't you just come out to my car and let me know that. The individual I was speaking to just looked at me and stared as if though I asked why is the sky blue. I then called the next day because we realized not one but both of our subs were missing ingredients we asked for and salami we paid for as well. When I called the next day the manager on duty advise I could not receive a refund due to not calling that specific day when I advised I work overnights and could not call the same day. I then asked for corporates number in which they told me they do not have it and would never need it and I should look it up on google to receive some free subs. What kind of customer service is this ?!?! I was then given the General Manager's number Anne who I've been trying to contact for the past 3 days and I am constantly getting sent straight to voice mail. Smh at this location. Fire everyone and start over. I Will not be returning to this location ever again.

Every time we order from this “freaky fast” store, they have technical issues and can’t seem to get an order complete until you call. Then they tell you another 20-30 minutes. Unless you want to wait 1-2 hours for a sandwich I suggest going somewhere else. It’s a sandwich after all.
