Been a regular here for 3yrs. Service has went down, food is great. Was here for 45 min today, took the sever 30min to come over. She took our drink and food order at the same time. 15min later our food comes out. Still don't have drinks or silverware.

I have just had the very worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant @ 2621 s Broadway Edmond Oklahoma. Rodney 353 was supposed to be the manager how ever he was extremely hateful, rude and nasty to me the entire time I was at the restaurant not only did he not come to my table as if I was not important to him until I was there 15 minutes he also made me ask many times for coffee the food was cold and not well prepared felt as if I was eating slop I asked just for a simple cup of ice to go with my coffee and he goes and sticks water in it after he brings the ice to the table then I asked for some napkins 3 times before he brought them to me I will never be back to this Jimmys egg ever when this horrible experience was over he takes my receipt after I pay off the counter wrinkles it up and tosses it on the floor and stomps off as to say I'm trash and not to come back well I can tell you this much I wouldn't be.

I love the fact they give you the option of meats other than pork. Some places you go to only have pork.
Traveling from NY and stopped in edmond Oklahoma to see family. They suggested Jimmy's, and I tell ya, great food, great prices, and service was outstanding. Will stop again along our yravels.
I wish they had these all across the us. I'd eat at everyone of them.

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order, and they never came. Meanwhile my waitress is chatting it up with her other tables. There was like 10 people in the restaurant and still they couldn’t find time for me. After 15 minutes of waiting a new table walked in and they were instantly greeted and had their order taken by a different waitress. Couldn’t give them my money if I wanted too. Pathetic. It’s waiting tables, not rocket science.
