Have eaten at Jimmy's Egg on several cities thru the years. We ate at the Edmond, OK store and were not disappointed. Our server, Leslie, was a delight and very prompt in seeing to our needs or requests. The food was well prepared and arrived hot and streaming. Whenever we're in a city that has a Jimmy's

Always enjoy eating here for breakfast. Prefer weekdays because it’s not as crowded. Food is always good and can’t say enough about the toast!! I’m not a bread eater but I love their toast. Hashbrowns are excellent and the omelettes are great. Husband tried the queso blanco burrito and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

Parking: Plenty of parking during the week.
