This hidden secret restaurant is in a sort of odd location, but I’m glad I tried it (thanks a lot Travis Garza - it’s right next to the new office - this is not what I need in my life). 😛🤦🏽♀️ Their house salads (that are part of the lunch special) are a meal themselves with lots of fresh ingredients. I really wish I would’ve eaten my sandwich there. It was good, but the bread got really soggy before I got it home. I could only eat about 1/3 of the salad & about the same for the sandwich. But I did eat all the yummy slightly spicy/sweet pickles! Yum! I’ll definitely try some of their other menu items, they have a big variety!

Nice location. Inside was clean. Servers very polite. Our pizzas were slow to come out and the manager apologized for the almost hour delay after appetizers. My pizza crust was not crispy at all and just passable for taste. My friend's meatball sandwich was absolute tragedy. Not worth the price and used cheap meatballs not handmade ones. Not worth a second visit.

After a few years of not visiting, I was craving Jos. Started out with the rollers, the best item they have, but unfortunately it stops there. The salads were 7.50 for a tiny individual side salad, not worth it, although the Hollis House dressing is good. The pizza we got was a cowboy and a sooner and both were not good. I don't know if they've changed ingredients or not, but it sure seemed the quality was not what it had been. I'm not going to name our server, but when asking for a side of ranch for the rollers she stated 3x it cost extra and we agreed... We brought it up again when the rollers were brought out, she brings up the $1 charge again, we agree. She comes again as we're nearly finished with the appetizer and she didn't remember, she just again says it's $1, so we say that's fine, to which she then picks up the marinara sauce I was eating out of, finger sticking in the sauce, and when I say "ummm ma'am, I'd like to keep the marinara" so she sets it down and said "if you want marinara and ranch, you have to pay for the ranch" and I replied "that's fine, I don't care if we have to pay for ranch, we've just been asking the last 30 minutes." Sad one of my favorite pizza spots is no longer a favorite.

We been looking for a good pizza place around Edmond, I think we finally found it. We had my two little granddaughters with us, and they brought pizza dough out for them to play with. I thought that was cool. The server was very helpful since we've never been there before. We ordered 3 medium pizzas and some bread rolls. Everything was delicious, the pizzas were different than the norm, super delicious. We will definitely go back.
