This hidden secret restaurant is in a sort of odd location, but I’m glad I tried it (thanks a lot Travis Garza - it’s right next to the new office - this is not what I need in my life). 😛🤦🏽♀️ Their house salads (that are part of the lunch special) are a meal themselves with lots of fresh ingredients. The "Gift" on the menu is truly that. Not a traditional calzone but stuff it with any ingredients on the menu.

After a few years of not visiting, I was craving Jos. Started out with the rollers, the best item they have, but unfortunately it stops there. The salads were 7.50 for a tiny individual side salad, not worth it, although the Hollis House dressing is good. The pizza we got was a cowboy and a sooner and both were not good. I don't know if they've changed ingredients or not, but it sure seemed the quality was not what it had been. I'm not going to name our server,...
