This place never has what I want when I come here. Never have they had a pot pie when I've come. Today no chicken nuggets. The people that work here seem to be incompetent or rude. You better check your order before you drive off because more than likely it is wrong. Today is the last day I come here. I don't even want to give it a one star.

The Colonel isn't what it use to be. In the last 4 years the taste and appearance of both the original recipie and extra crispy isn't near as good. Golden Chick is my 1st choice now. You finally brought back the hot wings now don't stop and bring back the corn on the cob. You and Church's are about the same now.

Despite being busy & behind on online orders, the gentleman working the register is keeping his calm & charisma! Very professional. Very accommodating. Sometimes, a restaurant just gets busy! Shoutout to this team for keeping their professionalism in a busy time! I will be back to this location specifically, because of it.
