Ordered 50 dollars worth of chicken and sides. They came out of the kitchen with everything bagged up. Got home to find they didn’t give me the buscuits that came with the bucket. Tried calling them to arrange pick up by someone heading this way and they don’t answer the phone. Be sure you check your orders before leaving the store unless you want to drive back and correct it.

The workers are not wearing gloves. They go to the kiosk then to the food over and over again. They’re rubbing their noses and wiping it on their shirt. This is absolutely disgusting. I will never come here again.

Well on my order I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and mac and cheese as my size. I got no coleslaw and no gravy and it's just too out of the way to go back and get it. Does anybody check them things first or read the menu that the order? Anyway, they were understaffed + and everything took a while but you know because they're on the staff. I understand that the lady was nice who waited on me. The gentleman was nice. He brought me out my stuff but stuff missing

I've been to this location 3 or 4 times at this point. I always order ahead on the app and arrive at the estimated time the app gives you. Not once has the food been ready on time. On average I sit and wait between 10-15 minutes before receiving food.
On top of this, on my most recent visit, after all the waiting somehow the food they had presumably just cooked was not even hot. Sauces included in the meal were MIA. Tenders seemed like they had sat several hours before they were given to us. Fries were soggy.
The sandwiches were decent. They would have been great if hot.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I go here it is disgusting inside and overcharged for half the size of the food that is advertised. Gross lady gave me my drink when she washed it out and put her whole palm on the lip of the drink. Not sure why she was washing it out. Very suspicious. Did not drink or eat my food. I just threw it away.

I came in a couple of days ago and Tyler was so nice. The chicken was top notch, I will definitely be going back
The service we received was fantastic. Tyler and Brandy the GM made a great team. They were able to get us taken care of so fast. The food was great, nice and hot, full of flavor. I tried the comeback sauce for the first time. It was a great recommendation from Tyler. He really knows how to upsell. Overall it was a 10/10 experience definitely a change from the normal "fastfood" atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: They have a highchair, it had some crumbs in it but over nothing a little wipe down didn't fix and my baby eat there happily.
Great food. As far as a fast food restaurant goes outstanding service and great food!

Buyed two baskets, etc. But taste and smell like regular chicken. This is not a regular KFC recipe. Something strange about KFC in Oklahoma needs USDA regulation to be checked all, thus, place.
