I ordered the Tuesday special $10.00 bucket of chicken on December 16. I ended up getting a 8 pc dark meat only box. When I questioned what was given I was told this is what I ordered. When I looked inside, I was shocked. Sure it was 8 pieces, but it had to be days old, reheated way too many times and was just awful! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I did try to call, only was able to leave message.

If there was a way to leave a lower review I would. This location has hands down the worst customer service experience, I’ve ever had. There’s a church’s chicken not too far from here that seems like a dream compared to this place.

Dec 3 5:43 pm drive thru 2piece original that looked like it was crispy bc it was burnt from old grease can't get this nasty taste out my mouth so then I go in to get refund and the inside of the store smell like a dead animal I'm glad I went in never again I see why the ratings are so low no pride anymore just throwing anything out these windows these days just close make KFC look bad

15 min wait for some chicken tenders while the person behind us gets a chicken fried steak faster is ridiculous. This was the “one more chance” we won’t use this kfc again. The are always rude. Never say thank you and the orders are always wrong. Management should spend more time training

Again, if there were an option for zero stars...spent almost $40 on 12 piece meal, received 11 pieces of chicken: 6 thighs, 4 legs, and 1 wing. This was at 6pm on a Thursday. It wasn't like it was at the end of their day and that was all they had left. Sides were small and cold, except the coleslaw which was warm and had a distinct chemical taste. Will be opting for other chicken establishments from now on. Goodbye kfc.

Chicken always good. Drive thru was busy and took a little longer to get our food. Wings in our large bucket meal were way to small.
As soon as you walk in this location day of night you will walk right back out!!! It stinks!!! Smells like very dirty mop water every time I has been at this location, and the back part you can see is dirty too.

I came in today and told the young lady, I'm guessing she was the manager that I was not coming back due to my order always messed up. She went above and beyond and made sure my order was right. On my receipt, it shows her name is Glenda. And I love her attitude with that smile
